We originally booked parking for 3 trips with this company. Many of the parking options state that your vehicle might be taken to a separate secure location up to 5 miles from the drop off while you are away, so we understood that when booking. However, we had an AirTag in our car and saw that it was parked on a residential street for the entire time we were away. Not a secure facility. Because of this, we decided to cancel the other two bookings.

For all bookings, we had purchased the cancellation coverage. The policy wording in our booking clearly stated that if you have cancellation coverage, then there is NOT an admin fee if you cancel. So we should have received full refunds. For both bookings, they eventually gave a refund except for a £15 pound admin fee. They claimed that if we did not have cancellation coverage, then we wouldn't get a refund at all, and that with cancellation coverage, there is still an admin fee. That is NOT what our policy stated.

I sent screenshots of the policy and have emailed them numerous times, but they just keep misquoting their own policy. I warn anyone to stay away from this company. Not only was our car parked in a NOT secure location, but they will refuse the refund you are owed if you cancel.

They collected my car with a 5 min wait and returned my car also with 5 min wait.
Very pleasant staff and helpful.

Great price as well and would certainly recommend them.

We used Compare Parking for our Gatwick Flights, it was an excellent service from start to finish. The meet and greet process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The driver was punctual, friendly, and professional, meeting us exactly where arranged at the airport. Vehicle collection and return were handled seamlessly, making our travel experience much more convenient.

Communication was clear throughout, and the car was returned in perfect condition. It's a fantastic option for anyone looking for reliable airport parking without the hassle of searching for a parking space or waiting for shuttle buses.

Be extremely cautious when booking with this company. You won’t know who you’re actually entrusting your car to until after you’ve paid—and by then, cancelling will cost you £15.

Here’s what happened in my case:

- Throughout the entire booking journey, the service was presented as “Go Park Heathrow – Meet and Greet”, with no indication that any other company would be involved. I researched Go Park Heathrow beforehand and was comfortable with their reputation, so I went ahead and booked.

- However, only after receiving the booking confirmation did it mention a completely different company: Express Parking Heathrow. When I looked them up, I was shocked—their Trustpilot reviews are among the worst I’ve seen, and their profile is even marked as “cannot be verified” due to guideline breaches.

- I immediately contacted them to request a full refund, on the basis that:
1. the service was misleadingly advertised, and
2. they assigned my booking to a company with serious Trustpilot compliance issues.
I explicitly made clear that I expected a full refund, including the £15 cancellation fee.

- While a refund was eventually processed, the £15 fee was still deducted. My follow-ups challenging this have been completely ignored.

Overall, this felt misleading and unfair—from the lack of upfront transparency about the actual provider, to the refusal to properly address my complaint.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Took my clean car and gave it back covered in bird poo and debris, also got a PCN in the post which I appealed. Avoid at all costs and just pay the extra for official airport parking.

This comparison website have stolen my money. I booked, and then because of circumstances beyond my control, it was necessary to cancel the booking a few hours later. Here we are, almost 3 weeks later and they still haven't refunded my money.
Their website has all these amazing reviews, but if only I checked Trustpilot first! Absolutely thieves. I have had to claim my money back through the bank.
I would urge anyone to check legitimate reviews here first before booking.

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! We booked 8 days parking at Gatwick Airport from 24th to 31st May 2026 with iPark Gatwick Meet and Greet through compareparkingprices.co.uk costing £109 and no airport fees. We phoned iPark at 11pm on 31st May just as we was picking up our luggage. Not a problem even though it did take a couple of calls for them to answer but we figured that they’ll be busy as a plane has just landed and perhaps we weren’t the only one using them. We were told to go Orange car park Level 4. Then it went downhill. We turned up with another couple and there was a couple already there. We waited, called them again, told car is on it’s way, another family turn up. Repeat, repeat, repeat. In all there were 8 families, some with young children, couples, people waiting for their cars. All had used iPark. One woman actually phoned the police who said they couldn’t do anything, but that was the third call that day about them. One family was told to pick up their car on level 2, so some of us bundled in to the lift with them to ask the driver what was going on. The driver told us to contact the office and then ran away. So we called the office to be told that our car is next. We wait and we wait and we wait. One family found their car in the same space as they’d parked it!! Another was told that their keys had been lost!! Someone else calls the office and their car will be on it’s way soon and that the cars are about 10-12 minutes away. We got a phone call just before 2am to say that our car was on Level 3 with the driver. Car is there, no driver and the keys are left on the driver’s front wheel. Next to it was a Blue Mercedes that we had seen going around the car park an hour and a half earlier, with the owner desperately looking for his key. How much was that going to cost in parking? In the end it took over 100 phone calls and 3 hours to get our car back and cost £8 to exit the car park but we feel we got off lightly compared to other peoples stories that we’ve heard about. They were also mentioned on BBC’s The One Show (June 3rd) last week with other shoddy parking companies.

Compareparkingprices.co.uk emailed us to ask for a review. We wrote a shortened version of the above with a 1 star review (can’t leave zero) and haven’t seen it since. I’m guessing they don’t want other people to see poor reviews.

I used this company to book my car when I went on holiday. Through this company I booked my car with Express Parking Heathrow Limited. Within three weeks of being home I have received a parking ticket for £100!
Instead of my car being parked safely and legally it was parked illegally overnight. I have asked them to help me get the company to pay the fine but they have not helped in any way. I would strongly advise anyone against booking with either company

Very disappointed with the service. My car was returned with a scratch on the rear that was not there before. It also appeared that my vehicle had been used, as the air conditioning settings, radio stations, seat position, and mirrors had all been changed. I expected my car to be treated with care and respect, but this was not my experience. Very poor service and I would not recommend this company.

Very long wait both ways. I noticed my dash camera had been unplugged on our drive home and kept forgetting to reconnect it until about a month later. When I did reconnect it, it told me there was no SD card. Messaged the company with no reply.
I truly wonder what they did with my car to justify disabling my dash cam and removing the memory card.

I will be filing a police report and will update this review as things move forward.

I booked with CPP/ipark
Went to drop my car off on the day of my flight. The attendant/driver was not in uniform and did not carry out the right checks.
Upon return we were greeted by a dozen other people waiting for their cars/keys. Some peoples car was parked in short stay where they left it and others cars were missing altogether.

I waited 3.5hours with my 2 babies for my car keys. The car was left parked in short stay and had a ticket of £560.00. The nonces on the phone were telling everyone it will be 10/20mins. Telling some people their keys are lost.

There were so many people coming onto car park 6 level 5 to drop off their keys and we told them what happened so they are aware. Do not use as they are scammers

CPP misdescribed the parking vendor on their site making it very difficult to find their terrible reviews.As this was discovered within 48 hours on travelling they would not refund the cost despite cancellation

Wanted to make a cancellation to a booking. Even though they offered cancellation cover, I was referred back to the t&c’s that I need to advise at least 48hrs before. Which in my case was not possible as the booking was for next day. Also the 3rd party operator was only visible after booking, annoying that you can’t see additional extras for entry and exit to drop the car! RIP off merchants, no sense of common sense or goodwill . Will be chasing for money back via my credit card company!

Using the site was OK - need to hunt around for the best discount code. Zero flexibility for making a mistake, charge £15 admin (for doing pretty much nothing) and hold on to your money for at least 14 days.
I had to cancel within 90mins of making a booking and then pay them £15 for the privilege. Yes I know it is in their Ts & Cs, but holding on to the money is the one that gets me the most - that just sucks.
Same prices available elsewhere so on this experience I won't be using them again

Do not use as total rip off. We were given completely wrong info. on where to drop the car off which resulted in additional £15 parking fee. Had to wait 55 mins to collect car and was returned dirty and with notably increased mileage. Complained but didn't even both to reply. Would never use again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I made a booking for parking with this company. I paid for cancellation cover. When I decided to cancel I received an email back stating that I would receive a refund within 14 working days. More than a month later and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve made numerous attempts to try and contact them by email. They even put the phone down on me when I explained that I hadn’t received any response via email. I have all of this documented and I have reported them to trading standards and my bank who is currently investigating.

Mis leading advertising, services aren't as described, said it was Valet parking then why we booked it turned out it wasn't valet parking at all. They then failed to issue a refund even though we cancelled and complained so they effectively stole our money. Do not use this company!
