The booking process was very efficient and the price was good. No reception when we arrived but someone appeared. We were then transferred very quickly but the vehicle was filthy inside and the seat belts didn't work.
On our return we waited almost an hour. There had been an issue and all the cars had had to be moved further away. They kept saying 7 minutes...he will ring you. He didn't ring and we kept ringing. Yes, it was further away but not 1hr. The vehicle was still filthy and the seat belts still didn't work. Nice enough people but we were tired and it wasn't ideal.
Shockingly bad experience
So the booking, taking of money was fine. The confirmation email was confusing as it told me twice how to drop off but not pick up at all. But I could work that out and I was even able to change the car we used, though that took a call as online did not work.
On the day took 3 calls and 15 minutes to get through for drop off but we managed and they took the car from us.
The return was the issue. Took 75 minutes to get the car upon return with 6 calls and continual lying from Stanstedairportcheapparking.co.uk the underlying company. Kept saying car would be there, first in 30 minutes, then 15, 15, 10 etc. All in all a terrible experience. I wrote to their complaint email. Shocker. No response. I would take them off Ezybook if you are not the same company.
This was for a 5 day parking at Luton made 3 months in advance.
SCAMMERS
A member of staff tried to scam me for £220 telling me my vehicle was unfit to be driven to their holding carpark and said I had to pay for a recovery vehicle and my car had already clocked up £180 worth of parking charges in the Orange car park. I sent my own recovery vehicle to collect my car which cost me £160 and when my driver arrived my car had been driven to their holding car park and what I had been told was a lie, in the meantime I had been sent bank details by a member of staff telling me to transfer the £220 into an account, I asked to pay via credit card and they declined so I then became suspicious, hence then sending my own recovery driver. I spent over £300 that week to park my car and then after I arrived back from my holiday I obviously had no car to get home in so had to pay for a taxi, which was more expense. I sent email after email and I called and called and to this day I have had no response at all from the company, a manager or in fact the owners. My bank finally gave me a charge back for the original cost but I am still hundreds out of pocket so I am now starting court proceedings against this company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND THEIR STAFF ARE SCAMMERS. The whole experience was very stressful and ruined a whole day of my holiday.

Please do not book with this company . They say you can cancel your booking free it is included with your booking .
You have to email to cancel which I did the same day. You do get a reply and they try to fob you off with a new booking date or credit voucher . They ask you to pick what you want . I asked for a refund and the reply was it takes up to 14 working days . I am on 17 days still no refund . They have stopped responding to my emails .
This is the last email I have had .
I have now instructed my credit card company to start the charge back process.
Do not use them please

Have used ezybook twice now once at Heathrow and stansted. Both were competitively priced and cheaper than many others. Used meet and greet at Heathrow no issues waited as was a bit late due to traffic car returned within 30 minutes on return Stansted used off site parking no problems either. Essentially you pay for what you get if you want a premium service then pay premium prices. I would definitely use them again

0 stars if I could….. am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Ezybook Airport Parking.
When I made my booking over the phone, I was clearly told the total cost would be £73.66. However, when the payment was taken from my bank account, I was charged approximately £4 more than the agreed amount. When I questioned this, I was told to contact my bank. My bank confirmed that the merchant is responsible for entering the payment amount and advised me to contact Ezybook directly.
Since then, I have been passed from one advisor to another without receiving any proper resolution. Telephone calls involve extremely long hold times, and emails are simply forwarded between departments with no clear response or accountability.
Due to the poor customer service and lack of transparency, I requested a full refund as I no longer trust the company. I was advised that the refund would take up to 14 days. Tomorrow marks the 14th day, and I have still not received my money or any meaningful update.
The entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional. Customers should not have to chase their own money or be repeatedly passed around without answers. Based on my experience, I believe this matter deserves investigation by consumer watchdog organisations and I would urge potential customers to proceed with caution.
Not a professional meet and greet
What can I say other than this is not a meet and greet service, i would never use this company ever again, 1hr it took from being at the airport and calling them to collect the car and the same again on the way back 1hr waiting time to deliver the car back. Please only book with a proper parking company
By far the worst company
By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The car was delivered in a filthy condition, and after arriving, we had to wait 55 minutes for the minibus to pickup. Once we finally reached the compound location, it took another 15 minutes to receive the vehicle.
To make matters worse, the driver who picked us up was highly unprofessional and even got into arguments with customers. The level of customer service was nonexistent from start to finish.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would never use this company again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid making the same mistake. Absolutely awful service
Scam company - AVOID
Scam company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
My car was over an hour and a half late to arrive at Heathrow.
When it arrived it was covered in mud and had been dented and scratched on three panels.
I was also made to pay the charge to pull the car into the car park - twice!
Time to take this company to court - my solicitor will be in touch shortly.

A scam company working hand in hand with scam artists.... Only use this company if you are happy that your car may be stolen, as my "meet and greet" car park included my car being parked at the Plough pub in Heathrow for the full 5 days I was away, and then I get a PNC for £100

My car was handed back filthy inside and out. Also some belongings missing from my vehicle.
£26 additional parking charges
What wasn't made clear at time of booking is that, on top of the fee, you are responsible for paying the £13 drop-off parking charge at each side of your stay (an additional £26).
I called the designated number 3 times, to notify of our impending arrival, with no response. Ended up finding another number to contact them on. Connection was appalling and I could barely understand them. Aside from the unexpected additional cost, drop off was smooth.
When we landed, I called as soon as I was off the plane (we hand no checked luggage). I was informed that the car would arrive in 45mins!! We had booked for 11pm collection, I called at 10:45 and car arrived at 11:23pm. Not the service I expected when booking. Definitely will NOT be using this company again.
Never turned up to collect. Not liable for missed flights. Pay for reviews. Scam and avoid at all costs.
Made a booking through Ipark, arrived at 4:30am having called 30 minutes beforehand and told to go to level 6. That was the last we heard from Ipark and they did not pick up any further calls. After no show or contact for an hour, we were left with no option but to go to the long stay and pay £35+ per day for the long stay car park.
There was around 20 other customers all either waiting to have their car collected or dropped off. One man was on the phone to the police as he returned to find his car left, damaged and with his car keys on top of the bonnet with a £700 fine, as his car had been dumped there for the full week.
Ezybook claim they take no responsibility, but they should assess the companies they are advertising booking through. Ipark seemingly do not exist and cannot be contacted.
Do not use
Absolutely disgusting,I booked meet and greet with them and my car was left by ipark in the short stay car park for 10 days. One if the drivers used our car to rest in and drained the battery, he also smoked in the car and neither of us smoke, he also rummage through our car and left his cigarette lighter. I had to pay 50% of the car park charge which was £346 to get my car out of the car park . Ezybook and ipark are passing the buck and neither of them are taking responsibility. Do not use any of these companies

The booking was initially put correctly for 11 days but on confirmation email noted booking only 6 days ..called to amend was told need to contact vendor company directly , contacted oarking company was told not our problem as you booked via third party.
Vendor will apply penalty of £20 /day
I tried rebooting again on website and put right dates once I progressed to following payment page noted the dates changed automatically to same wrong dates . I called ezybook and they refused to cancel initial booking or refund..it seems like a scam
Not a smooth operation
The extra charge for the airport transfer is more expensive than advertised. The transfer bus doesn't run frequently and fills up quickly, meaning you might have to wait for the next one. The bus is unmarked at the pickup point, so it's not clear if it's for this car park or another. The name of the car park is different on the confirmation emails than the name the bus driver uses. The inside and outside of the car were left muddy afterwards, despite being clean at drop off. Complaints email address bounces back.
Want to get charged excessive waiting time at Luton
Complaining to this company is a waste of time. I have emailed numerous times to complain but jusy get blanked.i used this company to book a meet and greet , the meet and greet had a 4.6 star but that didnt stop me waiting 30 minutes for a driver and paying excess charges of £28 for waiting at Luton. When i phoned the meet and greet i was place on the desk with the operator screaming and shouting in a different language so i couldnt underatand..
Very slow to get our car back
When we landed I called the number but couldn't get through - it just went to answer phone. Had to call about ten times before I got an answer. We had to wait about 30 minutes when we got to the car park for our car to arrive. There were no checks done - they could have been handing our keys over to anyone. Not a professional service. We wouldn't use this again.

I waited for 1h30 minutes in the cold rain to receive my car at Stanstead Airport and was left calling a number that didnt work. This company is Con . Don’t ever book with them. We arrived at 1:50 and called them straight away as was mentioned in the booking guide. They kept telling to wait for 10 minutes and phone number given takes ages to connect as it kept going on voicemail. We called around 11 times and we got our car after 6 so we waited for more than 3 hours and that too at the end they just called and said that car is at level 1 and they left the key in cars tyres ( though earlier in booking said to collect car from level 4 ) . Worst worst experience ever . If you want to save yourself a hassle please don’t book with this company. It’s fraud
