Same thing. They have some woman name Ashley sending me messages from a gmail account that claims to work for Amazon but, keeps sending me messages to create a Whatsup account. I remember when this site came out a few years ago and seemed to have an honest mission. They are trash now just like Better Business Bureau and all the rest that get paid under the table by corrupt corporations. ComplaintsBoard is trying to make a profit off the complaints and distress of others. They have no integrity or ethics. Just trash.
THIS IS A FAKE COMPLAINTS SITE. DO NOT POST HERE.
Surprise, surprise, surprise! Look at the horrid reviews. Well let me put one last nail in their coffin and let's be rid of this TOTALLY FAKE site.
I filed a legitimate complaint with Complaints Board. They began responding by having the offending company write me emails exactly like this one. The only problem: this is at least the 6th time they have sent me the same email!

My complaints & reviews gone missing for no reason/notice at ComplaintsBoard
I have signed up with complaintsboard for many years, only quite recently since end of November 2025 or so I started noticing some of my recent complaints/reviews have gone missing without a trace. No message, notice whatsoever from complaintsboard why these missing complaints/reviews I posted on their site had disappeared, removed for any reason & no notice given.
I cannot even estimate how many of my previous complaints/reviews had disappeared like this all these years. I only noticed that the total number of my complaints has been unchanged for at least months despite new posts have been added.
I bother not to contact their so-called help/support as I found that they are totally useless & unreal when I contacted them 2 months ago for the very first time regarding a few unusual observations I have been noticing about my posts with them.
It took weeks for me to hear back from them & it was not even very relevant to the issues I contacted them about. Soon, I started noticing not only the complaints/reviews I contacted them about but also a few other of my recent posts are missing from my account.
My conclusion, complaintsboard is much less reliable to use or post comparing to Trustpilot.

I posted a complaint about Ebay on ComplaintsBoard.com. I received a message from someone claiming to be from Ebay who asked me to send them my ebay account email address and my What'sApp account. I know eBay is crooked, incompetent and dishonourable and I stopped using it years ago, but that kind of message can not be from eBay unless eBay fell again to a new low.

I posted a complaint about Ebay on ComplaintsBoard.com. I received a message from someone claiming to be fromEbay and asked me to download an app (WorldRemit) and then wanted me to supposedly submit a claim, but it was really a scam to have me send them money to them. How can this site allow this to happen, unless they are involved in the scam

what a scam. they posted reviews (mostly positive) about my business that are bogus - some are copied from google reviews with a name change, and they're "verified" and "resolved" others i don't know if they made them up or what....since most of the reviews about us online are positive anyway, I'm not upset about negativity, but it is disconcerting that a site to expose scams is...a SCAM!!!
2 problems of this website
I do like the website where I can file a complaint of a certain company and other stuff but there are 2 problems. The first problem is that support does not respond in time. When I contact support, I often see that support takes around 1 week to respond (sometimes less or more) or sometimes never responded. It’s not designed to wait 1 week or more as that would be a waste of time and it’s designed to respond by 3 days or less in most platforms. And the 2nd problem is that when creating an account or reset a new password, it automatically gives a generated password (from the email) saying “pass” as the first 4 characters of the password then it’s just random numbers (13 numbers on my side but yours could be different (sorry if I’m wrong)). This is very bad because people are not going to remember that and if there is a hacking attempt to the account, that would be insecure as there’s no symbols other than letters and numbers. Many platforms/websites like Google do allow people to choose their own password. If someone reported a hacking attempt to support, issue #1 I mentioned above could possibly happen. Note that the date of experience is the date I posted this review

This company encourages trolls to submit false allegations against anyone.
Despite claiming to provide a platform provide a means to allow genuine "consumers" to complain against "busineses", they allow trolls to make false accusations against anyone.
Complaintsboard is very poor
Complaintsboard is similar to Trustpilot, except it's actually even worse!
They allow people to submit 'complaints' which consist of false allegations, which can be against anyone else, even individuals or other non-businesses.

Disappointed, while I was at the store buying water, the tall bald guy who works in parts and service . Was ranting and being rude about their shopping carts getting broken that's why they increase the price of the water and etc....
First of all:
-Did they even ask or informed me about not putting 4 jugs in the cart.
-they never informed me that the cart shouldn't be used for 4 jugs of water.
-they never informed me that the cart has weight limit.
-And if there is how would I know ? ( I was never told about it).
-nobody informed me about it or even no one talked to me about it.
-I've been buying water from them since 2023
-Same scenario 4 water jugs in a cart.
The things is you don't have to be an "AH" about it, you could have just informed or ask me politely and kindly. Not ranting and being rude about it with the other lady customer in front of me.
There's a big difference between informing, letting know a customer kindly and politely. Than being an "AH" ranting and being rude about stuff that the customer was not even aware of for 2 years.
You're in a customer service industry, if you don't want to ask politely or kindly. You can always ask in a right manner of way with respect. I might be in a minority group but I do treat everyone with respect ,i encounter everyday.
Always remember this things;
-does the customer know
-do they know the situation
-are they aware of what's happening
If not ;
-how do i inform them properly and in a right manner of way.
-how to do it better and best way I can without disrespecting or being rude to others.
What ever's happening in your day today don't blame it unto others. Everything's gonna be ok if you're having a BAD DAY. But please do respect others. I don't know if you're the owner or what , but you don't get to disrespect or treat others like that especially your in the customer service industry.

Yes this place is a place for folks to come in here and accuse and harrass folks. Unlike what happened to me sherrone boudreau. I have put a police report on this person. All evidence was turned in on this guy. And all receipts are at police on my dealings with any monies i received or donated. Give it up its been 7 years or longer. Then you put my address on here and say i live alone.. lol 36 married..Only reason he has an issue I booted him out of my Facebook . He cant seem to handle strong women so he bullies and harrasses. He has not only harassed me but he has harassed other women hum funny they were on Facebook too. He had a arrest record before I have never had an arrest record.. when trying to get this off the site they say I need to hire someone. Why I didn't put it on here. I have contacted the owner of the site and received nothing. They did not remove. So anything you read on this guy don't believe and contact inverness sheriff dept. In florida. So basically this site is for internet bullying

Fraudulent profile management
I manage all of our company's reviews, and this site is fraudulent, to say the least. Our entire profile is nothing but scraped reviews from sites like the BBB. It shows that we have "responded" on this site as well when it is just the same response we provided on the previous website. If you're going to scrape reviews to make it seem like your website has traffic at least be honest about it. Our profile is NOT claimed. Nobody from our company responds on this site, yet the site continuously has responses with my team members names listed. We've been monitoring for two years and it continues.
The FAQ portion of the site addresses this in an attempt to cover up what they are doing. "It’s quite common for frustrated customers to post the same complaint on multiple review websites to spread the word." However, when we speak to the reviewers that actually left the review on other sites, they mention that this is a site they did not leave a review on. They update their review on the legitimate sites but have no knowledge of this one.
Companies and consumers beware.

Jenny is professional in every aspect. She is well balanced and where the customer has overlooked certain aspects she will bring it to my attention to correct in the hope that Nivea customer services have everything they need to fully process my legitimate complaint.

I registered a complaint about 1xBet before 22 days, it's take alomst 4 days to be visible because i didn't understand about the process. Now, my issue isn't in solving process, they just replying me to make me inactive and show as resolved in app. Complaintsboard.com doesn't give time frame for any company to solve their issues. I don't think complaintsboard.com is a reliable place to update your personal data and issues to be resolved.

Our company has a "profile" on this terrible website. It collects random information from different sources without following up on them or checking the information. In our case the " complaint " was taken from our BBB page. We resolved the complaint long time ago, but they wouldn't update it on their website. Websites like this should be banned since they are hurtful to businesses/consumers. If you run a complaints website, make sure to check your information. Not just still it from other websites.
