Needed a new pump for a discontinued…
Needed a new pump for a discontinued juwel protein skimmer, dealt with Hannah via email. She contacted the juwel rep to confirm a new ecoflow powerhead could be adapted easily, and also advised about the need for a ceramic shaft, which was supplied foc.
Being in retail myself, this level of service is rarely seen these days, she is a major asset and a credit to your company.

I would certainly recommend Complete Aquatics.
I haven't used them many times but when I have, everything has been spot on, from ordering to delivery. I made a mistake on one of my orders, I just emailed them and was sorted the next day. So far excellent service.
