We always take feedback on board, we are only a very small team so as you can imagine things can get busy, and we are not always at our desks while we work on getting orders out and customers served at our on-site trade counter

Item received in good time, however, one very small net bag could have easily fitted into an envelope or small jiffy bag, it certainly didn't need to be packed into a box.
