From first contact to final build - highly recommended!
From first contact to final build, my experience with CGB has been faultless.
The team at Brigstock were incredibly helpful in guiding us toward the best configuration for our needs. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient while I configured many options—all of which were priced up almost immediately. Special thanks to Joni and Paul for their excellent service.
I had many questions along the way, and they were all answered with professionalism, patience, and good humour. Nothing was too much trouble, and they usually responded the same day, if not within the hour. I have rarely dealt with a company that is so responsive.
We decided to visit the show village at Brigstock to finalise our choices for colours, flooring, doors, and windows. It was very worthwhile, as we ended up changing a couple of things while we were there. Heidi looked after us brilliantly and made sure all our questions were answered.
On installation day, Jason and the team arrived right on time and got straight to work. The build team were great guys—efficient, friendly, and hardworking. They have a fantastic product and took great care to get the details just right, even constructing a new step for us which wasn't part of the initial brief. Two days later, the building was finished and wired, with the flooring contractor coming to finish his part a couple of days after.
We are delighted with our new garden room. I truly believe we would not have received a comparable, zero-maintenance garden room from any other supplier; the design and construction are superb. We are currently furnishing the room and, while we are already using it, we are really looking forward to it being fully completed.
In summary, it was a pleasure dealing with CGB and I would not hesitate to recommend them
