Concept Blinds Direct Avis 

Blinds are great quality however the Wilton black blackout blinds I ordered have the wire running through the blinds so there is lots of light leakage which pretty much defeats the purpose of blackout. The picture doesn’t show any holes at all on the black blinds. Granted it says hidden in the description that there are holes but the picture certainly doesn’t show that. They did offer a discount on new blinds rather than refund an unhappy customer, but after I’ve wasted over £300 on something that is of no use to me I haven’t bothered. I think they could have at least acknowledged that the picture is misleading on the website

Good quality venetian blinds well worth the money. Made to order and delivered quickly just over a week. Pretty easy to hang for a diy person. I got a quote from a couple of other blinds companys and was quoted double the price that concept blinds quoted and upto a month to get them. Concept blinds Were the cheapest and quickest to deliver. I’m very happy with the venetian blinds I ordered and would recommend them to anyone who can hang the blinds themselves or pay someone to hang them for you.

The blind that arrived was too small for my window recess and didn't fit properly. I contacted them to replace it and they refused, so now I paid for a product that doesn't work and I am stuck with it.

Concept Blinds give a brilliant service. I’ve used quite a few different companies in the past and they come out tops. Ordered made to measure Perfect Fit wood blinds on a Thursday and I received them the following Tuesday - 5 days in total !!! Everything was perfectly made and the quality was brilliant. Prices were reasonable and very competitive. I would not hesitate to order from Concept Blinds again. I’m a very happy customer.

I now have a total of 5 blinds from Conceptblinds direct. I remember the first pair I bought (2.5 years ago), being impressed how well they fitted and the quality of the blinds. The price tag is also very reasonable. I'm a fairly able DIYer and hand no issues fitting them myself. I would recommend them to anyone.

from you again. Although the first blind arrived with an issue (one of the clips to attach the slat to the track was broken) this was rectified quickly - it was remade and sent out to me within a few days.

I then ordered another blind (a white one) which arrived without any issues.

These rigid pvc blinds are a blessing to pet owners who may otherwise worry that their cat/dog might get caught up in the chain/cord of standard weighted vertical blind. As these don't have chains and weights there is no safety issue.

Great blinds and superb customer service.....Gavin in particular responded amazingly fast to all my queries and went the extra mile to solve any issues I had with installation and problem solving....including pictures and videos to help!! I needed Vertical Blinds without chains as I owned a cat and after an extortionate price quote from Hillarys I decided to order myself online so trawled the internet for Rigid Verticals. There was several companies so I did my homework & checked their reviews & Concept Blinds had a 5 star rating and were even one of the cheapest prices. I needed a simple question answered and Gavin got back to me the same day! Outstanding in my opinion and just before making my order I needed to be sure of measurements so I contacted them again to check & the reply was fantastic. Simple & precise really easy to understand instructions (without which I would defo have ordered incorrectly!) So I completed my order for 3 seperate windows and although the lead time was approx 7-10 working days just for manufacture I actually ordered on a Monday & received that Friday!
Again OUTSTANDING! And they are really lovely and fitted my window sizes perfectly. I definitely highly recommend and will 100% be using them again for any future purchases.

I first used Concept back in 2009 for some vertical blinds, which were great and the service at the time was nice, easy and quick! Over the next few years, I had to contact you a couple of times regarding replacement chains and each time you were very responsive and sent immediate replacements free of charge!
I recently ordered faux wood venetian blinds from yourselves for a new property and, again the speed of the order was incredible and the quality of the product and the service was second to none! They look fantastic and were extremely reasonably priced, I did compare with other companies out of interest and you are always competitive.
I also recommended you to a friend who placed an order with you and was also very impressed by your service.
I will only ever use Concept for any blinds in the future and will continue to recommend you.

Used Concept Blinds 5 years ago and have just used again Ordered 27th July and arrived today 8th August made at factory in Europe. Perfect. Quality metal fixings/roller....easy to measure. Highly recommend this company and cheapest price, bought on sale.

Brilliant communication, advice given when we asked for help. I had two quotes from local blind companies. By ordering three roman and four roller blinds from Concept I saved over £1k on the quotes I had received for the exact same blinds. Very happy, and will use in the future. Despatched earlier than advised.

Have dealt with this company for the purchase of several blinds over the past three years and have always found them to be efficient reasonable prices and good quality products will always be the first port of call for me if I require more blinds in the future

The quality and price are fantastic. This will be our 3rd order across 2 different houses and have no faults at all throughout the order, delivery and installation process.

I can now sleep! Before I got this blind, the sun shone in my bedroom in the day and the lamp outside shone in at night. No sleep! I bought dark curtains but with little improvement. Then I bought the Concept blind. Success. It has stopped all light coming into my bedroom. The room remains dark until I am ready to let light in. Highly recommended.
