Very stupidly I ran out of oil!
Very stupidly I ran out of oil and had no heating, I was afraid it may take a while before I could get a delivery to Lizard but after explaining my dilemma to Sue she said she would see what she could do and phone me back. I was delighted when she said she said next day. The oil has been delivered and John the driver could not have been nicer.
Excellent friendly service, I could not be happier and will make sure I never run out of oil again.

Late delivery; difficult to get you to top the tank up unless I let you apply for a credit reference - never an issue before.

Regarding the credit reference, we only perform a credit check for customers paying via direct debit, so we’re not sure what is being referenced here. A little disappointed
Our sensor broke and we unfortunately ran out of oil… with low temperatures and two children under 3, we purchased an emergency delivery at extra cost.
We called the next day to see if the delivery could be scheduled any sooner than 7 days away just to be told that our order hadn’t been processed yet so they couldn’t do anything to help.
We were so desperate (house dropped to 13 degrees and no hot water) that my partner purchased 100L of Consol’s forecourt directly.
Our order was then delayed by another two days and eventually arrived 9 days after we placed the order but no mention of any refund for the extra we paid for emergency delivery.
Fairly disappointed and unlikely to use again.
