Terrible customer service
DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RESPONSE BELOW!
UPDATE: they eventually responded via email and not on any of the chats or socials I posted on. They didnt, offer to send another whilst they dealt with the lost parcel they just left me waiting and basically blamed Yodel. Yodel are terrible - everyone knows this just look at their reviews - but in my experience of customer service which is vast they should have sorted the problem quickly and efficiently whilst dealing with Yodel separately.
I ordered coffee elsewhere and got it next day no problem. Better taste and brand too. I won't name it as that's not fair but it's very nice and very strong... Not hard to find. Check their other reviews & don't deal with this company.

Terrible customer service. The coffee I received firsr time was good so I set up a subscription. That never arrived and Yodel lost it (I know they have a terrible track record too so not completely surprised). However all Contact Coffee did was acknowledge it was missing with Yodel. Days go by and no replacement sent and no response to further emails and online chats at all. Shame but I'd avoid this company. Definitely don't order coffee you need within a week and definitely don't subscribe as you'll be destined for disappointment!

There are two sides to every story. This review was left in frustration, before any resolution. We informed the customer that we have no control over their local Yodel and that our fulfillment center would look into, as quick as possible (whilst still within economy delivery expectations) Customer bombarded us with further messages, which we chose not to reply with "no change", or "still waiting" so's not to aggravate further. They just assumed it was definitely lost and wanted a replacement sent 2- 3 days after despatch - end of! A further polite email exchange took place 2 days after this review was left, with a full refund being processed. The parcel returned back to depot. We lost a customer and have an unwanted 1 star review as a resulting blemish. Impatience, coupled with a poor local carrier performance was not a good combination for this transaction.

Started off with the coffee bags and they did not disappoint… quick easy strong and tasty when you want a coffee quick but not a from rubbish instant pot. Will be buying again and checking out more stuff. Not a bad price either.

Amazing coffee

Great coffee, pretty much all I drink at home now, place an order every few months when I run low, only problem is the occasional free mug give away with orders gets me in trouble with the Mrs, but you can never have too many mugs 😂
