Really quick delivery within 3 working days of ordering and excellent price point! The same monitor on Dell website was 40% more expensive and lead time was 6 weeks!

We purchased pc for my son who has…
We purchased pc for my son who has special needs. The lighting on led failed and wasn't sure if it was covered under warranty.This may not be a big deal to some people but he is autistic and bothered him.After one message to stone they sent dpd to pick it up and fixed it.It was returned in few days fixed with extended warranty.Im really impressed with this service and will be purchasing more in future.I can't fault these guy really amazing 😀

Shocking quality.
I got a laptop from them, first of all, it couldn't get connected to the internet because they installed a parenting control software which they do not know who to manage that needs to be removed and after few weeks the charging porter stopped working and after changing the motherboard in a process that upset my child the same issue happened again ni few weeks with the supposed brand new motherboard. and they refuse to take responsibility for the inferior quality of the parts they sell to disabled children. shocking quality. and shocking company. do not bother with them.

Driver arrived promptly and could not have been more helpful.
Email received later that day to confirm receipt of assets - and a WEEE Certificate of Disposal not long after. Will certainly be using this company again.

I bought a laptop battery from them and…
I bought a laptop battery from them and found out the battery was getting extremely hot. I emailed them to tell them of the fault and my suspicion it was a fake battery as it didn’t match the photos. I was basically told to go to the manufacturer of the battery to get my refund as it’s nothing to do with them (by this point I only had the battery 2 weeks) I didn’t get far with the manufacturer either so as a result I’ve wasted £70 and neither company wants to know. I’ll never use this company again nor recommend them

Unresolved issue and wasted effort
I came to you to resolve the intermittent flickering of the laptop. The engineer could not identify the issue. He came with parts but did not change it.
He said that he has been allocated a certain timeframe and he cannot complete the diagnosis in that time. He suggested changing the mother board but he did not have the motherboard with him.
It was a wasted time and effort. I had to wait for a whole day.
