Ordered a power supply. Didn't turn up. Queried, eventually sent about a month late. Then found out that the query (I phoned up their customer support line) cost me about £9, as it is a premium phone line. Disgusted that trying to sort out their problem cost me money.

Had unused Kit to recycle and Stonegroup was able to supply me with all the information required to make it a nice and simple process. I spoke with Megan Crawford who I highly recommend who provided excellent service throughout the process.

As a school, we have used Stone Computers for a many number of years, since the company was in its infancy. We cannot fault the efficiency and customer service, alongside the engineers that visit us, or our sales accountants. The 5 year next day callout warranty is a lifesaver! Plus the fact we can use them for our device recycling every year is great. That's why we have stayed with Stone and haven't gone elsewhere.

Efficient and great communication. The process was quick and easy, was able to arrange collection via the app and followed the easy steps. Collection day was also smooth running and very efficient.

My disabled sons laptop had to go back for repair after he broke the power supply and pulled off two keys. The keyboard was replaced, buy I am expected to pay £40 to replace the power supply. I don't have £40, so my son's desperately needed laptop is useless!

The ASA was approached by Rebecca Burton last year, and she explained in very much detail how IT recycling works within the Stone Group. I as facilities assistant manager took on this big project because we had some IT equipment that no longer were beneficial to us. Rebecca has shown a lot of patience throughout the process, and guided me along the way, I couldn't have asked for a better person. Her customer services skills are phenomenal and we are very grateful that she found us and helped our company to do the right thing for the environment. I will not hesitate to use the Stone Group again for any IT recycling.

Stone Group were brilliant. They came on site to help with our first collection, organised everything for the delivery and turned up next day for collection. Using the app is not complicated at all, allowing for a quick way of organising future pick ups. Our Account Manager has been fantastic, very helpful, and made this process very easy.
