Conveyancing Index Avis

It was so very easy to work with the team and Debbie, who was both clear, welcoming, and efficient in laying out the whole process, costs, and knowledgeable for connecting with a type of conveyancing solicitor that we need. It gives confidence that we'll have a smooth running sale!

I got a quote SIX months ago and they have non stop called and left multiple voicemails since. I have since selected a different solicitor and completed purchase! I’ve blocked several of the spam call numbers yet they keep using different ones to get through. Absolutely ridiculous.

Conveyancingindex provided a number of quotes. Debbie Mathews was very helpful in explaining the finer points of the quote and the process to engage the selected solicitor. She made the process very easy.

Uncomplicated and presice

I’ve received amazing service from the Conveyancing Index during the most intimidating stage of the process — choosing a solicitor. Debbie M was fantastic over the phone and patiently answered every question I had, no matter how small. Thank you to the whole team for your help and support.

Quick, Debbie Matthews - very professional, felt confident in service offered .

After being attracted by the very reasonable fees Debbie got back to me quickly and have me a whole range of choices including local to me.
She was polite and efficient throughout only asking the bare minimum of information to quote me.
Very satisfied.

I used the Conveyancing Index to find a solicitor for my second property purchase. Chandrika was my point of contact and she was excellent, quick to respond, helpful with queries and gave me clear comparisons across multiple quotes. The whole process from quote request to instructing my chosen firm was seamless. A real time-saver and great way to compare prices transparently. Thank you, Chandrika!

Chandrika was very polite and knowledgeable

Fantastic service. Debbie Matthews Was very helpful with findings quotes for us prior to the sale of our house. Following house sale quickly helped with identifying an appropriate solicitor and proceeded quick.

I was dealing with Stacey regarding my case, and I truly appreciate her professionalism, understanding, and the support she extended throughout the process. She was very approachable, attentive, and handled everything with great care and patience.

Thank you, Stacey, for your excellent support and assistance.

Debbie was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Great service.

Dan was helpful and informative throughout

Fast response excellent communication can’t fault the Service

Stacey at Conveyancing Index is the best. I actually un-instructed another conveyancer to proceed with a highly rated Conveyancing Index partner after receiving her quote and speaking with her.

She made sure I fully understood the fee structure before taking any payment, and I ended up paying around £1K less than through other comparison routes for the exact same service.

Comprehensive, knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout. A safe pair of hands, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Stacey!

Conveyancing Index gave me the most competitive quotes. Having contacted several local firms and other comparison sites, I am confident you won't find cheaper elsewhere.
I cannot recommend staff member Debra (Vera) highly enough. She walked me through the process. Explaining everything and answering my questions fully.
Debra is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, approachable and friendly. She made me feel comfortable, despite my complete lack of knowledge in this area.
The company is lucky having such a lovely, warm lady as their representative.
Very many thanks.

Debbie called me immediately and clearly explained all costs within the quote and details on what would happen next. Extremely efficient service.

Very efficient and easy to understand. I hope the conveyancing experience will be the same.
Chandrika Vekariya was the person I spoke to.

I had a small problem finding a conveyancing solicitor because we were selling family-gifted gold as a deposit. But after filling out a short list of information on a bank holiday weekend, I received a call back from Debbie Matthews, who reassured me and found me a solicitor. That solicitor gave me a quote and has already started work. Thank you, Debbie.👍

Nice and smooth experience
