Cooksongold Avis 

Im so glad i did some surfing research on beads on the internet and i discovered Cooksongold. They have real Miyuki beads sealed in tubes and they are beautiful. I just recived my order today and im so happy! The shipping went great and the pack arrived in my Mailbox today. Its very hard to find beads in Norway and the selection is so very bad here, most of the stuff is fake, still usable, but with a little meh.. for more beauty and quality on necklace and bracelets i like best to work with quality stuff. I hope Cooksongold can take in more color options on the size 6/0 Miyuki beads, and some czech glass beads with other sizes and shapes would have been great. This is a wish from me since i would like to order more from this site. The price on the beads them self is good, ofc there is some extra expence to get them to Norway but its duable. Im very satisfied with Cooksongold, beads are really beautiful and a trustworthy site. Can’t wait to order more soon in the future. Hope do deal with you soon again, regards from Nora Norway.

Ordered some wax sheets and paid for 1st class delivery, received an invoice letter with no wax sheets been waiting from the 24th of April and today is the 10th of May, rang there customer service and they said it can take up 10 working days haha what a jokeeee and for me to do anything further i need to wait the full 10 working days - don’t order anything unless your prepared to wait a very long time !!!

I wanted some sterling silver jump rings for a project. I checked Cooksongold and they had what I wanted. I double-checked to be sure before ordering. I was happy. I ordered, I chose postage and packing, I payed. I got a receipt. I sat back and waited. As usual 2 days later - bing bang boom !! It's delivered !!

No need for fanfares with 'dancing elephants' or floats with a carnival atmosphere, or cheerleaders, or horns and confetti and cake !

Just a straightforward check to see if Cooksongold can come through for me as usual, do the transaction, and receive through the post !

Where's the fun in that ???

But did I want 'fun' ? NO ! I just wanted a professional service as usual, and that's exactly what I got from Cooksongold, again !!

I had a problem ( courier handling/security ) with a fairly large order package. Explained what had happened and Cookson replaced the order straightaway. Amazingly good service. Have used Cookson since I first started jewellery making as a hobby. Now running as a business and wouldnt even consider buying supplies anywhere else. Their tools, metals etc..are absolutely the best you can get. Their customer service is beyond 5 stars!

I ordered a 9ct gold diamond cut curb chain and it was delivered 2 days later. The chain is beautiful - really sparkly and goes perfectly with my gold ring pendant. The cost was a lot less than other shops offering a very similar chain. I will definitely order from here again.

Habe Ware für 133 Euro gekauft und eine Rechnung für die Lieferung von völlig absurden ! 96 Euro ! erhalten - dies nach über zwei Wochen Lieferzeit (wobei auf der Website mit völlig anderen Lieferzeiten geworben wird).

Im vergangenen Monat habe ich insgesamt 4 Bestellungen aufgegeben, bei zwei hat die Bezahlung nicht geklappt, bei den anderen zwei fehlen Artikel welche auf der Website mit "sofort verfügbar" beworben werden.
Der Versuch diese zu stornieren (da Hauptartikel überhaupt nicht verfügbar) wurde vom Kundendienst einfach ignoriert.

I bought items for 133 euros and received an invoice for the delivery of ! 96 euros ! - this after a delivery time of more than two weeks (although the website advertises completely different delivery times).

In the past month I have placed a total of 4 orders, two of which the payment did not work out, the other two are missing items which are advertised as "available immediately" on the website.
The attempt to cancel this (since the main item was not available at all) was simply ignored by customer service.

Living in the Highlands has its problems when it comes to couriers. If you live up here, or are sending to here, you'll know! However, Cookson have proved to be intuitive and responsive to the needs of rural folk like me by offering RM shipping alongside the various courier services. This invariably guarantees my parcel arrives next day in the hands of a trusty postie. I'm not having to wait for something stuck in an Inverness depot for days and days, as happens with countless other companies. It's an utterly invaluable service.

But that's not the only reason I'm a loyal customer. It's because Cookson isn't just a faceless website. It's run by completely accessible human beings who care and are there to help should you need them to explain a tool or product you don't understand. Your communication isn't deflected by chatbots or automated telephone calls. This is pure gold as it takes the guesswork out of buying, avoids returns or having a pile of stuff you don't need, and ultimately saves you money.

And if you do have a problem? On the extremely rare occasion that you do have an issue, it's sorted immediately. There's no jumping through hoops, or begging for them to see your point of view. As a result you feel truly valued as a customer thus assuring continued loyalty.

In short, Cookson Gold are a stellar 5 star across the board.

Ich habe zwei kleine Artikel bestellt zum sehen ob cooksongold wirklich so schlecht ist wie man hier liest! Antwort: JA! Die sind komplett unfähig! Ich erhalte zwar jeweils eine Antwort auf meine Mails, aber zwei kleine Artikel die als SOFORT LIEFERBAR gelistet sind, werden einfach seit nun über einer Woche nicht versendet! Ich habe aber sofort per Kreditkarte bezahlt! Warum das so schlimm ist? Weil ich mich auf Geschäftspartner im Edelmetall B2B Geschäft verlassen können muss. Ich bin Goldschmied und brauche die beiden Artikel zum Fertigstellen eines Kundenauftrages der vor Weihnachten fertig sein muss. Cooksongold ist definitiv die allerletzte Adresse an die man sich wenden sollte, wenn es eilt oder wenn man sich darauf verlassen können muss.

ho effettuato un grosso ordine ad ottobre. 2 articoli non sono quelli ordinati ( zirconi da 1.7mm al posto che 1.5mm e zaffiri da 1.35 al posto di 1.5 mm!!!!!). manca inoltre una lima vallorbe.
in ultimo, ho il sospetto che la spedizione mi sia stata fatta pagare 2 volte: dal loro sito e dal corriere DHL (è presente una spesa non specificata nel conto dell IVA e della dogana dello stesso importo pagato per la spedizione...). non volevo arrivare ad una recensione negativa ed avrei voluto moltissimo risolvere la situazione cordialmente, ma a seguito di 3 mail mandate più di 3 settimane fa (2 all'indirizzo italiano e 1 a quello inglese) senza alcuna risposta, non vedo altro modo possibile. ho anche provato a chiamarli, ma la linea risulta sempre occupata. spero comunque di poter risolvere: se succederà lo annoterò qui.

I ordered yesterday, selecting free delivery, and was amazed when my package was delivered this morning by Royal Mail. My items were nicely packed and were of good quality and really good value. I’m very, very pleased and will definitely use Cookson Gold again.

Expensive boxes arrived dented along with the interior of the boxes bowed. Called up customer service and was told not to order again. No replacement or refund offered!

I'm honestly surprised by some of the reviews. It may be that they relate to tools rather than finished items, but I have bought a number of gold chains from Cooksongold over the last 5 years, and the latest arrived today. The chains have always been exactly as described, well priced, well packaged and received really quickly (this last one was ordered on Friday 14/10 and received in the post today. I will continue to buy from them.

I would like to be able to leave product reviews on their website. Many tools are not fit for purpose. I recently purchased 'Large Design Mandrels set of 7' claiming to be suitable for professional jewellers and the quality is appalling - it chipped and dented upon just a few hammer strikes as the steel they are made from is both brittle and soft. Not to mention that the edges of one mandrel were not straight before I even started. This is not a tool designed to be used by anyone. Why sell it?

Ordered products on Sept 5th. Cooksongold say they haven’t sent products yet-26 sept.
Don’t know when they intent to send the products but they received the payment on 6th sept.
After contacting Cokksongold last week Monday 26 Sept. They informed me that the items were shipped by UPS on Tuesday 27 Sept. Today 1 Oct, UPS Spain informed me that no products have been received from Cooksongold in Birmingham and they have no orders to be shipped to my town just outside Madrid. Unfortunately for Cooksongold one of my friends is the transport director forUPS Spain.
They should change their name to CROOKSONGOLD.

I bought a small lightbox which is supposed to be foldable but it is not When I folded it and then took it out to use it was all collapsed I reported this to cookson gold and it took 3 weeks of me contacting them before the reply from the customer was use some super glue to fix! I then had to threaten legal action to get any refund from them and even by then I had to copy in trading standards as they were not willing to help and are basically complicit in enabling the supplier to get away with this disgraceful situation.Cookson gold acted very quickly ONLY when trading standards wee copied in .
So do not buy their small light box as when you fold it away flat then take it out again it does not work .

I have ordered tools, they make an invoice and withdraw money but do not send the park. When I asked to cancel and refund, they say yes, but nothing happens. beware of the company, it may be a scam company.
