Cordly Avis 

No one will respond to you. I sent multiple messages to them on telegram as this is where it redirects you can you click on support. My messages are getting seen and no response at all. Not even a "Hello, we are working on it". Just total silence. I don't understand how other people have had great conversations with their support.

Edit: They replied. I'm changing the rating because they reached out on all support channels. Thank you.

2nd Edit: Unfortunately I couldn't get the solution to work, despite providing all information to support. Conversation was a constant back and forth about the signals working in back end but not working on my account. Telegram logs were empty and I kept saying this several times. I tried linking it again to check. The session was active on my devices but still it couldn't pick up any signals sent by my provider.

Ich habe einen sehr guten Kryptosignalanbieter in Telegram und eine Möglichkeit gesucht, die Signale nicht manuell zu traden- nach umfangreicher Recherche und Preisvergleich habe ich mich für Cordly entschieden. Weil ich selbst in der Softwareprogrammierung gearbeitet habe (bin jetzt Rentner) hatte ich mich auf eine gewisse Bearbeitungszeit eingestellt. Ich war absolut angenehm überrascht: Nach einigen Basiswünschen und Infos meinerseits bekam ich schon nach 1 Tag eine Lösung. Dieser Lösungsansatz musste noch angepasst werden- ein üblicher Vorgang in der Softwarebranche- und nach einigen Tests und Updates war innerhalb von 3 Tagen meine gewünschte Lösung zu 100% erstellt. In der Zeit der Lösungsfindung habe ich das Cordlyteam als sehr freundlich, schnell reagierend ( auch am Wochende) und absolut kompetent erlebt. Jetzt habe ich eine wunderbare Lösung, meinen Signalgeber via Cordlylösung zu nutzen. Ich kann Cordly wirklich empfehlen als zuverlässigen und kompetenten Dienstleister- es gab zu keiner Zeit in der Softwareerstellung Kommunikationsprobleme oder Verzögerungen. Für mich war es DIE beste Entscheidung

This was a complete waste of money and they will fight tooth and nail not to give a refund don’t waste your money guys.

Absolutely horrible product and customer service. You can't even add telegram channels like the state. I literally use the product for 1 hour and see how bad it is and contact customer service for a refund. The dude went back and forth with me saying that I was the problem and proceeds to say he wasn't going to return my money so I was forced to dispute the transaction. Listen if you’re looking for an API copier this is not the one shop elsewhere. And they will probably say we can't find an account with your name but I have the telegram messages of the back and forth with "customer service" Ruuuun. And as you all can see in their reply told them exactly what my issue was and they still will not refund. This should tell you all you need to know as to whether you should purchase this product. Getting a refund has never been this difficult so be aware using their service

This product is absolutely amazing! Firstly the customer support is top tier and is hands down the best customer support I ever come across. The owner of this platform truly cares about the trading community and cares about you being successful as a trader. He’s there to answer any question you have and will even take the extra mile to make changes or accommodations to his product that you recommend.

The product itself is also very efficient and smooth, and it’s great for copying trading signals off telegram and trading view alerts so you never have to worry about missing another signal or alert ever again. I highly recommend this product to anyone! :)

I tried Cordly for 1,5 months now and I like it. The support is very quick to help if I have any questions and the integration to ByBit just works.

Absolute trash. I don't know why they promote they offer Binance, if the product isn't finished yet.

I have been using Cordly since few months already. It is working how it supposed for my need, have all the features that I was seeking for trading Forex. On top of that, the Crypto connectors makes the tool even more complete.
To not forget the customer support, super supportive and helpful to go through all the questions I had when I started.

Amazing customer support! Morten is very helpful and is there to guide you and fix any accommodations you need with the platform. The response time is also very quick and they truly care about helping you succeed with their platform and trading. I would highly recommend this platform to anyone!
