Had a wonderful time. The house was fully resourced for a family of 8 and brilliantly situated for a 5 minute walk to the beach although the walk back up hill was a bit more demanding.
Cornish Gems we’re easy to work with and gave us all the relevant information at the appropriate time.

We thought the pictures looked good then we arrived and saw it in person! We stayed at little Polkerris near Fowey just the 2 of us and our young lab and we had the best week there. It is all enclosed so the dog could be let off and free roam the garden whilst we sat in the hot tub. The decor inside is the perfect mix of modern country fitting the barn conversation that it is. The welcome package was great too. There was everything you needed for the week washing machine, dishwasher, towels etc. Would definitely recommend the place and Cornish gems for a more luxurious holiday in Cornwall and we are already thinking about going back next year!

Stayed at Sea Song, Falmouth. Lovely apartment and we found a lot to do and see in Falmouth and Truro. Great walks, beaches, pubs and restaurants. Grateful to Cornish Gems for marketing the property - I would not have looked at Falmouth otherwise. Weather mixed but the four of us had a great time.

Amazing place to stay. Everything perfect. Have been twice in the last year and will definitely be back again. Fantastic holiday.

We stayed at Kres Kintyre for a week and had a wonderful time. Really close to supermarket, Carbis Bay and St Ives. Really comfortable, clean and modern living space. It was great to be able to minimise use of our car and enjoy the stunning north Cornwall coast walks and beaches. Team were very helpful in supporting us with any questions we had during our stay. Will definitely stay again 👏🏽

We've just returned from a long Easter weekend at Scilly Stack and I have to say it was one of the loveliest properties I have ever stayed in. The location is fabulous for getting away from it all and coastal walks on your doorstep and the actual cottage (tastefully converted cowshed) is gorgeously decorated and has every facility you could wish for, for a short break. The underfloor heating works amazingly well and the bathroom shower is so powerful!! Lorna, the host, was delightful and very welcoming. We took our bulldog fur baby and he loved it too! Superb place for dog-walking and the little enclosed garden area outside the cottage is fantastic for early morning/late night doggie visits. The best recommendation I could give is that I already want to visit again.

The quality of the accommodation was the best we have experienced - we have been booking properties as a group for the last 20 years!

We recently stayed at Sky House in St Agnes. The property was absolutely beautiful, and just as per the brochure description. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the kitchen very well equipped. The view more than made up for the slightly arduous trek up to the house! It was a great base for a week, St Agnes is quite limited on resources but we were able to visit St Ives, Marazion, Padstow and Newquay all with ease. The coastal walk to Wheel Coates is highly recommended.
Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working - the jets didn't work, so it was really just sitting outside in a warm bath. Considering we'd paid quite a bit extra than properties without one, it was really disappointing. In Cornish Gems defence, we reported it and someone was sent out straightaway which was reassuring, but unfortunately the necessary part had apparently been ordered the week before. We would really have liked to use it more than we did, it was a big factor in choosing the property especially after a long day walking.

Wonderful place to stay. Relaxing. Everything we needed was there, including any help from Mark. We enjoyed the decor, location and the hot tub!

Scilly Stack was just as described an amazing bolt hole for 2 plus a puppy! We loved it, everything you need for a relaxing, get away break. The gifts from the Hosts were a real surprise and a lovey touch. The Host was lovely gave great advice on where to walk and eat. Scilly Stack was extremely comfortable, the wood burner was there if needed but we didn’t, the under floor heating was enough. The bathroom was like being in a luxury hotel and the shower was great! We loved the location. We will be back!!!!!

Fabulous property for two people, very secluded from surrounding houses. Underfloor heating is excellent. Very clean & comfortable. Would strongly recommend. Cornish Gems we’re great from start to finish, again, would strongly recommend. I will definitely be booking with them again.

We stayed at Morwenna for a week in February and had a fantastic experience. The view of the sea is outstanding - uninterrupted with nothing in front of the building. We spent a lot of time staring out of the huge picture window!
The apartment is of a high spec and was spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable, black out blinds are in both bedrooms and there is plenty of storage with big built in wardrobes.
The kitchen is well equipped and the ‘hatch’ between the kitchen and dining area ensures you can always see the sea.
Two beaches, Carbis Bay and Porthkidney are in easy reach, the former less than 10 minutes walk and the latter accessible from the coastal path below the apartment.
Carbis Bay is a great base from which to explore Cornwall with major roads giving easy access to other areas. Porthcurno near Lands End was 45 mins away and Gwithian beach, which is stunning, is only 10 minutes drive.
We’re looking forward to staying in this apartment again some time and would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautifully situated luxury house with the 'wow' factor. Modern, spacious with lots of high tech treats for lovers of the contemporary lifestyle. Great views - especially from the hot tub. Well appointed and not lacking for anything.
Highly recommended.

Great holiday over the Christmas period in a fantastic property in a superb location for all the family. Cannot wait to return.

Had nothing but issues with Cornish Gems with both their property and then customer service on what was supposed to be a luxury holiday after 2 years of staying home.
Arrived with the property bathroom in pieces, another bathroom flooded the downstairs, marked baby safe yet it wasn’t and needed stair gates being delivered. uncomfortable noisy beds, window cleaners turning up without notice whilst we were in hot tub / robes. missing items in kitchen. Being told bathroom wouldn’t be fixed until after our stay with no apology. Then after everything, customer services haven’t addressed these issues or compensated for them let alone l apologise without being forced to - blamed it all on the owner! offered £50 off our next stay? Which is literally the booking fee. Must be crazy to think we would be returning customers!!
No wonder we noticed ripped out pages in the review / guest book at the property!!!
Wish I read the reviews before booking, can see this isn’t an isolated case!

We have just returned today from a wonderful week in Carbis Bay. We rented an apartment in The Sands at Hawkes Point. It was everything we could have wished for. It was spotlessly clean. Cornish Gems have been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They have kept us informed by text and email throughout the booking process and the duration of our holiday. We had a courtesy call the day after our arrival checking that everything was satisfactory. They couldn't have been or helpful. We will 100% be using them again. Thank you Cornish Gems.
