This is my third appointment with lenora, she is absolutely the best!! I live my hair very short and from years of unsatisfactory cuts. I found the best!! She high lighted my hair today and it’s gorgeous. She exceeds expectations, takes time to listen and provide professional services. I am so happy!!

Scammers, CUSTOMERS BEWARE . My partner went to purchase some groceries and her card was declined so had to go to cash point to pay with cash. After a day or so noticed 10 unauthorised payments had been taken out of her account by the shop.

Went into the cost cutter on stutton road tadcaster around 4 45 ish the woman working behind the counter was extremely rude because i was not wareing a face covering and did not have a badge i felt i did not have to explain to her as to why i did not have one hope she gets the sack and something is done

The staff in our local costcutters in Wantage kicked a throat cancer victim out of their shop this morning for not wearing a mask. They refused to serve him.
This is absolutely disgusting behaviour. Never using them again.

I went Cost Cutter in Elkhart, Indiana. My usual hairstylist had recently left. So, I had an appointment with a new stylist. She did a fairly good job on my eyebrows. However, the haircut was absolutely horrid. I left and got down the road and found that my hair was not cut straight!!! So I went back and the girl fixed it right away. I went to grocery store and felt the back of my hair and OH My!!! She not only balded me she left extremely dipped and very long and dipped short hair across the back. I called and told the manager. The manager offered to fix my hair. This was trip 2 back to fix my hair. My hair is still messed up. I’m a front line nurse and would really like to not look so stupid. I will not go back there. Awful place. My husband went there and the same thing happened to him. WHY DON’T they RETRAIN HER?!?! Don’t go there if you want to look good.

I went to Costcutter on my lunch today to get a roll from the Deli. Getting out for a daily walk on my lunch break is what I look forward to every day.
Unfortunately today I left the Costcutter store at Windy Arbour in tears from the treatment I received from the grumpy man behind the deli.
I have never been spoken to so rudely and I was in such shock that I didn't say anything but I wish now I had the courage to speak up. I will not be back.

I recently received an email requesting I remove my previous review regarding the removal of Katie as manager of Fair Acres location. I absolutely refuse to remove this review as the public deserves to know the truth. Katie was my beautician for three plus years and I loved her work. She was badly mistreated by management and I wan5 everyone to know this.

My friend spent 17:50 in costcutter they gave him a 5 pound note which had been selataped which he had left in his school bag
The next day, My mate went to buy something with it but he got it out his bag and it had ripped really bad

Costcutter. Malvern way. Hastings. Probably the worst unhelpful and useless store I’ve been to. It should be renamed an inconvenience store. 👎👎

Hi I went to the Costcutter at Padarn Service Station, Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth SY23 3SR on Sunday 9/8/2020 and paid for petrol for my motorbike which I queued with my friend , my friend went to till 1 and was served by Sam, my friend then went back to his motorcycle where I then preceded to till 1 where I was also served by Sam on which he took my money at which point he started gesturing and saying something I thought he wanted me to move back then came more gestures to which I said I had ear plugs in and a helmet on and was having trouble understanding him at which point he said loudly “ WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO WRITE IT DOWN “ .At that point I realised he Was chastising me saying I was to close to the man in front to which I said my mate to which he said no another man, my problem here is if he had told me while I was in the queue I would of move my position to one he deemed right,
But instead he waited till I was in front of him where he preceded to talk down to me sarcastic comment and treat me like a child . I left fuming I was the only person in the shop wearing face covering apart from the staff

Totally against as their trading name.
We live in Ilford IG1 and Costcutter @ Beehive Lane
with ridiculous prices.
You can find that item in any other store in almost 1/3 price but people sometimes avoid to walk or drive and pay what they asked for and this store taking full advantage of this.
(Just Example) If you go to buy can of coke or a bottle of coke you will see half n half difference with another store. Usually, a can of coke comes £0.50 and here is £0.89 Bottle of Coke comes £1.10 here £1.89 each.
I can't count 100s of items which they are selling at Beehive Lane Branch IG1.
Either COSTCUTTER itself letting them advertise or sale with whatever price they think or either company need to monitor their prices or else best thing is to avoid this branch especially.
Also, they've Butcher shop which is ridiculously bad and the person behind the counter doesn't speak English and when you try to ask for something and he says he's busy and he can't do coz he is working in two branches one in Eastham and one here which no point telling the customer about it.

Good luck if someone still wants to visit and want to get ripped off.

Jane burns is the the bomb when it's comes to doing everything with you hair

Just been to College Road, Kingstanding, Birmingham Costcutter. Charged £1.49 for 16 paracetamol tablets. Obviously they are short of money charging such an extortionate price for a basic drug. Feeling sorry for them I rounded it up to £1.50. Will not see my custom again.

My local store is at Kirk Sandall, just outside Doncaster. To be fair I don't think it's a bad shop, and the staff are nice. But the manager is a walking advert for Supermarket shopping; arrogant, rude, and just too cool to be worried about little technicalities such as customer service. I'd have to recommend spending your money elsewhere. Coop is just a few hundred yards down the road.

An extremely rude shopkeeper at the Costcutter in Green Street Green (Orpington), who was needlessly aggressive when I wanted to leave a parcel for UPS to collect. The man shouted at me because I didn't see that there was another customer behind a closed door who was obscured by the shelves. He wanted me to get wait outside and when I pointed out that I was only leaving a parcel, point blank refused to complete a drop off receipt which was my proof for leaving a parcel, and therefore forced me to complete it myself. I will not recommend this store to anyone or use their services ever again and hope it gets closed down. In the mean time, any customers should enter at their own risk.

Very good staff poor product quality milk was out of date bread was mouldy improve!

Costcutter burnthouse lane exeter. Terribly rude staff, shelves constantly empty, product always on cages in the isles. All round rubbish
