Service par excellence
I had a problem with the needle on my Janome sewing machine and had to send it back to the shop in Lincoln (about 50 miles away) to be repaired. Couling received my machine on Thursday morning and I had it repaired and back by lunchtime today!!! Absolutely incredible; staff were very polite and helpful too. Thank you so much.
