The Country Edit Avis 

I received my order of a Barbour International qualify Backpack, today, and it has a good reduction costing only £34.98 where it was £69.95. I thought for the price it would be flimsy, but it's not it is a very good quality material, and very lightweight, with a small area for a tablet or small laptop, very quick delivery of 3 days.

I was worried based on previous reviews but it was all plain sailing for me . I bought some Barbour wellies which were much cheaper than anywhere else , dispatched next day and received through Royal Mail. No issues what so ever and pretty chuffed with my bargain !

You may see some heavily discounted prices, but don’t order if you don’t want to waste your time. Your order could be canceled later due to stock errors in their system. The company isn’t reliable enough to manage online orders or provide proper customer service.

Item came as described and in good time with notification. Well pleased.

Just wanted to add my recent experience with The Country Edit. I ordered a Barbour jacket which was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately, it was unsuitable (size & model) so I returned it. I received an e-mail couple of days later saying they had issued me with a refund and true enough, the credit showed on my credit card the day after. Just so pleased that I didn't need to chase nor wait - truly a hasslefree return so I would definitely be happy to purchase from The Country Edit again.

The worst company ever! I did one order yesterday for Ugg boots and they send me today like the payment or the address is not correct. They canceled my order but I don’t have my money yet, I don’t have idea why but I’m very disappointed

Big brands at cheap prices,if in stock. Like many I saw some boots which I ordered, only to have it cancelled the next day due to no stock.

Don’t normally do reviews, but felt they should get one. Ordered and delivered in approx 4 days excellent service, and discounted price to the shops.

Orders cancelled, because they don't manage their stock levels properly. What is worse, they don't then update their website, so still offer the same products for sale that they know they have zero stock for.
Do not buy from this retailer, you will be left disappointed.

Ordered the navy Holland and Cooper Knightsbridge blazer for nearly half the price from The Country Edit. Really happy with the fast shipping. Definitely genuine.

My wife was looking forward to her new Ugg slippers that we’d found on this site for £25 less than other shops.
We’d even started telling others about website.
So very annoyed this morning to have the order cancelled this morning with the reason of ‘stock level error’. Being from retail I could forgive this had the product not been back on Sale on their site immediately in the exact same size for £25 more……if your going to lie at least back it up by removing item from sale!
A very disappointed near customer.

My wife found a coat she was looking for in the sale and we used this company for the first time. Excellent service on the first delivery and very pleased with the item, led us too order several more items. Not all of which were suitable, and the after sales service was outstanding. Friendly helpful staff you could actually talk to. Will definitely return

Found the item I wanted at a greatly discounted price compared to a High Street shop, but I ordered the incorrect size. Reserved over the phone the correct size, sent item back (free of charge!) and received the new item 2 days later. Super happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Item was nearly £300 and it came in a destroyed box, looked like it had been drop kicked and bashed to bits - I’m talking about the inner box not the outter. I wanted to store the item away nicely in its box now I can’t do that. Massively disappointed in the quality of the service!

Brought a pair of Holland cooper jeans, they turned up absolutely covered in stains and full of fluff! Not what you expect when buying expensive jeans. Secondhand jeans is what they looked like, won’t be using this company again

I purchased a Barbour quilted coat at a big discount, I was a little concerned as I didn’t know this retailer but the item was genuine, just past season and as a fairly timeless style that’s not a concern at all. It was dispatched same day, arrived the next, great speed. Returns label was included for free returns but not needed as item was perfect. Would purchase from them again and again.
