Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μου με την εταιρεία ήταν εξαιρετικά αρνητική. Κανείς δεν απαντούσε στα τηλέφωνα, οι παραδόσεις δεν έγιναν στην ώρα τους (ή καθόλου), και υπήρχε έλλειψη βασικής οργάνωσης. Τα περισσότερα πράγματα έγιναν λάθος, χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση ή διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης.

Η γενική εικόνα είναι απογοητευτική, και προσωπικά δεν θα ξαναεμπιστευτώ την εταιρεία ούτε θα τη σύστηνα σε κανέναν. Ελπίζω να βελτιώσουν την εξυπηρέτηση και την επαγγελματική τους συνέπεια.

Might be the worst courier service ever. Package was never delivered despite of me being all day at home.
No notification either. They never answer the phone so it is impossible to get a hold of them. Unfortunately
DHL Express uses them as a delivery partner so beware.

no informing that the parcel will be sent and when, not even on viber, nothing. no doorbell ring, just a missed call to which i called back and no answer.

I am under the impression they load the drivers with way too much and the drivers don't even ring your doorbell to bring you the package because they don't have enough time for all their duties.

I think your managers need to do more market research and try improve this company with regards to work load and time management! very unprofessional.
the fact that your unsatisfied user ratings are so low should be a concern for improvement.

Απαράδεκτη εταιρεία. Ενώ πλήρωσα σε παραγγελία που έβαλα στη wecare 2,40€ για να φέρουν το πακέτο στο σπίτι μου, μου ζήτησαν να παραδώσουν το πακέτο σε κάποιο γειτονικό κατάστημα ΟΠΑΠ (delivery point). Δέχθηκα για να διευκολύνω. Τελικά μου ζήτησαν άλλο 1,50€ για να το κάνουν. Δεν κατάφερα να επικοινωνήσω σε κανένα τηλ ή chat μαζί τους. Πλήρωσα τελικά το επιπλεον 1,50€ αλλά θα μείνω μακριά τους και μακριά από τις εταιρείες που τους επιλέγουν για συνεργάτες!

The worst courier ever. Rude liers lazy. They said that they can't find me but they never try. Avoid them like hell. If there was a negative review they totally deserve that.

Ούτε τηλέφωνο σηκώνουν, έμμεσα σου γράφουν να πας εσύ να το παραλάβεις. Ευτυχώς που η πληρωμή θα γινόταν με αντικαταβολή και έτσι ακύρωσα την παραγγελία. 40 ευρώ το πακέτο, και άλλα 30 ευρώ πήγαινε έλα στην Λυκόβρυση. Ε όχι δεν τα δίνω κε πρόεδρε. Ας προσέχουν οι εταιρείες που συνεργάζονται μαζί τους.

Avoid like hell! The worst service ever.

The worst courier. They do not deliver as promised, they keep your package in the store, they do not answer your phone calls and they send you a message to go and pick up your package from the store, even though that is not the deal. Unfortunately, there is no service to control the operation of this company. They take our money and they do not respect our need for fast delivery. We need to stop using their services.

It is the worst courier company in Greece because: 1) they never come on time, 2) you can't reach them on the phone, 3) even if you manage to reach them, they are rude. 4) the drivers don't leave the package and find excuses why they couldn't leave it.

It is impossible to find them by phone, email, or the website! They never answer. I wonder how it is even possible that they still exist as a company. A total fraud in every possible sense

They lost my package, It was necessary to have it on time, but they never deliver it plus they was rude at the phone I wish there is an option to put 0 stars

Do never trust this courier, especially with important documents. Three times, they "didn't find the recipient," while the recipient is a lawyer firm in the center of Athens.

No customer service even thou it says they have can't contact them they do not have a call center and you cant do anything its just not working.

Νόμιζα ότι η acs ήταν η χειρότερη αλλά αυτοί εκεί στο courier.gr ξεπερνάνε κάθε όριο βασικά δεν παραδίδουν ποτέ σε σπίτι λένε ότι περάσαμε κ δεν βρήκαμε κανένα και το δέμα παραδόθηκε στα point

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. A tracked 15kg box containing personal items and christmas presents was sent. Scanning codes everywhere, clearly labelled, 4 declarations and they lost it. I was told the following
1. There was a hold up as it was Christmas - ok
2. They tried to deliver but I was not in - eh, they arrived asking for 40euros customs cost which is fine but they did not have any parcel
3. It was being sent back to the UK as there was not a correct delivery address - eh, you arrived at my house
4. they stuck another incorrect label on it and do not know where it is.
Ruined Christmas, hours and hours of trying to get any help. Lesson learnt...better and cheaper to pay more and use a professional company. Totally rubbish service and how big companies use them is beyond me. I can't stress more to NOT use them

They almost never deliver on time, they do not notify us when the parcel is out ( no SMS, no viber, nothing) and they of course NEVER answer phones or emails. They should be closed down, but instead they are the carrier responsible for Temu and ASOS deliveries!
What's their latest achievent? They just delivered my RETURN to ASOS to a customer in another part of Athens! So, now I can kiss my return goodbye and my refund also!
Unbelievably bad. There are no words.

The parcel was sent from China (Temu) and in three days arrived in Salonica (although I live in Athens (500 km away) and it took more than a week to get to Athens. And even then, it was never delivered. I had to go and pick it up from one of their centers, because the call center doesn't work either. When I asked the guy at the reception what is going on, he responded that he had no clue, and this is standard operation, nothing is wrong. Even Temu was wondering what happened, why the courier sends no notifications of the whereabouts of the parcel.
Stay away. If Temu, shein, AliExpress etc tell you they are going to use Courier Center, cancel your order.

Όποια φορά και να έχει γίνει χρήση της συγκεκριμένης μεταφορικής, πάντα υπάρχει καθυστέρηση εβδομάδων. Επικοινωνία μόνο με αυτοματοποιημένα συστήματα και ποτέ με εκπρόσωπο. Τραγικοί από κάθε άποψη!
