Dress arrived on time, and matched it's online description. As it was stretchy material, next time I will order the next size up.

Absolutely dreadful. I ordered the right size as per the guidelines and it's far too small. Ridiculous offer of compensation in dollars and no returns. RIP off company

I was told the dress would be shipped from UK, but came all the way from China. All was written in Chinese so even if I would I couldn't send it back. I had to pay extra customs and the dress didn't look like the picture. No links in the mail to complain works, and never did the tracking-link.

Took longer than expected but I was kept well informed. Otherwise excellent.

The dress I received differs largely from the dress advertised.
The colour,fabric and design of the dress was different and the wrap effect and sleeves did not look like the elegant dress shown on the website.
It did not warrant the amount I paid.

When I initially saw the dress I presumed that I had ordered it from one of the budget Chinese sites in the way it was packaged and the quality of the dress.

I sent them an email requesting a refund.
They came back with 3 offers of 6Usd,12USD and then 16USD for a dress that cost 38Usd.

I refused the offers and they finally informed me of a return address in Dubai but issued no Returns label.
The cost of returning the dress,inclusive of tracking which is what they have asked for,is 23 euro.
I enquired about a Free Returns label but was informed there wasn't one.
I had no choice but to accept the offer.

I also tried posting a review to their website but it wasn't approved.
That's why there are only positive comments on it.

I reported the site to Facebook as it infuriated me that a site such as this could advertise clothing that differed greatly from what was shown. I did however notice that there had already been communication between Facebook and Couwy which could be publicly seen on their page.

Bought two dresses, charged in us dollars $90, package came week later from china .
Material awful . Sizes incorrect. Tiny.
Looked to return both and was offered to keep dresses and get $20 refund, after 8 emails agreed to a final offer of $50 refund and lost $40 .

The dress is the same as the picture , the size is good . I love it

I didn’t get updates about my order for several weeks, and was concerned it wasn’t going to arrive, but then when it was on its way, communication was good

The dress is flattering and fits well. I especially like the substantial weight which made it good for brisk winter and spring days.

If I could rate No stars for this company I would - Absolutely shocking do not buy from them, the picture does not look anything like the item you receive, the material is cheap and nasty and you cant return it easily, customer services tried to palm me off they offered me $5 compensation as a refund...... what a joke stay well clear

Dress or pyjama? Delivery was quicker than expected and very accurate. The dress i ordered had the right size, nice modell - but the material was more like a wash cloth or a pyjama, not dress material. Too loose in the weave. I'll keep it - to wear around the house on sundays off.

DO NOT buy from this company, their returns policy is non existent, although I have received 2 responses they still haven’t given me a return address they have offered me two amounts to keep the items which are too small for me, so no good, I have now sent six emails and still no further forward to getting a refund.!!!!!!!!

Absolute scam. Ordered a dress. Received no confirmation email or tracking details. Tried to contact them but no answer. Do not buy from them

Very easy to order and love the blouses. Was disappointed that the dress is very wrinkled and after washing, the wrinkles and lines are horrible. I guess I will have to use a cool iron over a towel to try to smooth out wrinkles. I specifically ordered the dress to travel and now do not know if that is possible.

The 2 items that I ordered arrived in a reasonable time and were well packed. I have today worn the dress for the first time and got several compliments on how lovely it was.

Do not order anything from them! There policy for returns is: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service.
I have emailed customer service so many times and never get authorization.
My dress cost EUR 38, someone finally emailed me that I can keep the dress and they offered USD 14 (EUR 10) for my troubles.

I ordered 2 dresses - I received items which did not fit correctly - very poor quality. I wanted to return items - was told they had to be returned to Dubai at my own cost- although they claim to have a UK warehouse. partial refund offered and told to keep the items. After two days of email arguments I have given up - the dresses will go to a charity shop. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - report them to Trading Standards

The fit of the dress is good, but it is a bit too long for me. Very warm material for winter wear.
