Worst experience ever. spent at least 30 hours on the phone with customer service
After getting a contract with Vodafone through carphone warehouse, I received a phone that would overheat and had battery issues. I’ve sent my phone back almost 2 months ago and now they’re saying they actually received an empty box from dpd. After speaking to a few managers (Grant, Xola and Adrian) which all promised they would reimburse me for the time I`ve been paying the contract for and not benefiting of any services or device) they agreed to send me a different phone back. Now they’re saying they haven’t got it in stock anymore. I asked for an email with everything we talked so I can go to small claim courts. I asked for it two weeks ago and still haven`t received it.
