THIS COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY CALLS OR EMAILS, once they have your money they don’t care it’s been 3 months and I can’t get my money back after they promised a refund!!!

I have never worked with a company with as bad customers service in my life, they are rude and abrupt, they are threatening when you don’t pay the extra fees they add on without telling you and then they won’t give you the work that you have already paid for.

TERRIBLE QUALITY WOEK AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This company doesn’t state all the hidden costs of their services and then demand more money and then threaten legal action if you don’t pay.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, didn’t deliver on any of the brief that was sent to them and then they want to charge addition fees that were not stated in the original price.

They then send threaten emails and make demanding and threaten phone calls about taking legal action against you if you don’t pay the bogus extra fees they want you to pay, their level of work is very poor also

They have been reported to the ACCC on numerous occasions.

Please stay away from this company

With very limited finances, I decided to go for reasonable video animation packages. I was a little afraid that I wouldn’t be getting their full attention; however, from Craftive Branding’s first mail, I realized this wouldn’t be the case. They came across as knowledgeable and professional. After filling my brief form, the designer clearly understood the message I needed to deliver along with my video to viewers. After a number of video samples, I finally have my animated video which I am extremely satisfied with. Excellent value for money. Best of Luck.

Craftive branding were good to start with then after advertising they have all inclusive pricing they ask for more money and when you don’t pay they threaten legal action.

I have 22 other people that have made complaints to the ACCC in regards to poor customer service and threaten emails from many staff members

Craftive branding won’t respond to any calls or emails once they have your money, then they want to changes you more than what is stated on their website!!

Please beware that this company will charge you way more than the initial fee they charge for any work, they tell you things that are not true, that they need to register your logo with IP Australia then you call IP Australia and they have never heard of Craftive branding.

Do yourself a favour and use a more reputable business that has ethics and morals which Craftive branding definitely does not.

When you don’t pay the extra money they threaten you with legal action, the quality of their work is to say the least, AMATEUR hour stuff.

They rip of hard working Aussies, this company is a scam company

They were great at FIRST, just like the reviews I have read on many other review sites!!

As soon as the job is almost done they hit you up for more charges and when you refuse to pay they threaten legal action and they won’t release the logo they have done.

They will call you and keep demanding extra payments that were not and are not on their website, they say they have fully inclusive pricing.... THIS IS SO UNTRUE and this company is TERRIBLE to deal with.

PLEASE RETHINK USING CRAFTIVE BRANDING!!! It’s a NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH THEM.

CRAFTIVE BRANDING TOOK MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORISATION!!!

Then they proceeded to threaten myself with legal action if I wrote bad reviews about them.

I have an email of one of their employees stating they will ruin my life for the $300 they took off my credit card.

I also have emails stating that I will be in prison and they have traced my IP address because I keep writing bad reviews but they won’t refund my money!!!

PLESE DONT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS IN REGARDS TO CRAFTIVE BRANDING.

The service was good to start with then they wanted more money DENNIS JOHNSON demanded more money $299 for IP Australia registration of the logo and I checked with IP Australia and they never heard from Craftive branding in regards to my logo and they told me it doesn’t cost $299 for the registration of a logo, talk about a SCAM COMPANY!!

When you don’t pay the extra money they threaten you with LEGAL ACTUON from their legal team.
