CRAFTIVE BRANDING WANTED MORE MONEY AFTER THE INITIAL PAYMENT, this was not stated on their website and once you don’t pay the extra charges you don’t get your logo, it’s a SCAM, Dwayne then threatens legal action if you don’t pay.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

Craftive branding and its team members are real visionaries. They’re hard working. They’re professional. No excuses from the very first day of our contract. They first examine the entire company both online and offline, it’s motive, and build an artistic experience that goes beyond what a company could ever think of.

At first Craftive Branding was great, then it all turned around, they wanted to charge way more than they actually advertised on their website, they stat that it’s an “all inclusive price” which I can tell you it is not.

They ask for extra money because they own the logo and won’t let you use it until you pay an extra fee, then they threaten you with their LEGAL TEAM.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TOOK ME FOR $430 and I got nothing for it.

With their suggestion to redevelop my website, Craftive Branding demonstrated a great understanding of content marketing. At their recommendation, I reassessed my content across several sides of redundancies, and in coordination with a partner, Craftive Branding re-constructed my site allowing more navigability, and a more value worthy, content efficient website.

Claims that you have complete 100% ownership of logo with their packages. I paid for the $129 package, and have since been hit up for an additional $250 for copyright, which I paid. Followed up again for an additional $300, which I refused. Was then told I do not own the logo, and was threatened to be turned over to their legal team if I use the logo I already paid them for. Do not trust Craftive Branding!

Complete and utter rubbish - Sham company. I think I could have hired a bunch of 10 year olds to google some stuff and come up with a better result - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - I asked for a refund after the first round of logos and they kept basically begging me to let them have another try -KNOWING THAT IF I AGREED - I would breach the refund policy whilst assuring m I could still get a refund. Complete and utter waste of time and effort. Do not bother.

We are extremely pleased with the way it all came together, along with the final video. The task was professional, efficiently, and timely handled by Craftive Branding. We are a small company, and we do not have the luxury of shelling out a great deal on promotion, but it was under our budget and highly professional. Effectively done!

Our company just launched a completely revamped version of our site, and we were extremely satisfied with the exceptional quality of services delivered by Craftive Branding. They took our old website with obsolete graphics and old-school visuals and completely revamped it to the core. I own a small mechanic and decided it was time to build a website so I contacted Craftive Branding.

At the start they seemed nice and friendly and mentioned they could build a website that would be custom designed to my needs and would be easy to use.

Well, that was not the case, Once I paid Craftive Branding it took them 10 days to send through a design even though they mention they send designs in 48 hours, the design they sent through was very basic, looked like a template, I wet onto their portfolio and could see there were many websites using the same layout but they just change the pictures and colors, so not really custom designed to my disappointment.

The website took 3 months to build, mind you thins is only a simple 5 page website with pictures about my business and a contact form, not sure why it took them so long.

When I finally did get the website log in details I could see the website was very hard to use, you needed to know "basic coding" to update the website, well they told me at the start it would be drag and drop, so that was false advertising.

I also notice the website sends out lots of spam emails through the contact form, when asked to fix they told me it was going to cost $199 to fix which I thought was ridicules as it would not need fixing in the first place if they did it correct.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Craftive Branding, I wish I did some research first and saw all of the negative reviews they have online, they offer no refunds and they also have no address listed on their website craftivebranding.com.au

This company is nothing but a scam.
I guarantee you these reviews posted here are written by the guys behind this fraudulent company.

They lure you in with a well priced logo design package then once its designed force you to pay another $300 for imaginary "trademarking" then once you start using the logo try and con you in to paying another $299 for "registration" of your logo that also probably does not exist.

The guy running it "Dwayne Lucas" (a fake name) is incredibly rude and arrogant on the phone.
Their designs are all made from stock images on the net.

Please stay as far away as you can from these crooks.
