Good food!!

The crepes were chewy and had been reheated, the children’s sundaes were ice cream and cheap blue syrup, terrible especially given the astronomical prices!!

Really enjoyed my visit to creams cafe in middlesbrough. I went with two friends a couple weeks ago and ordered the cookie dough and it was delicious. Despite being sickly, I ate every last piece and so did both of my friends. Definitely difficult to eat for those without a sweet tooth though. A little expensive but completely worth it! My only problem was when I arrived I wasn’t acknowledged by the staff and was a little confused on whether to wait to be directed to a table or to just sit down. This was furthered by not knowing whether to order at the till of have my order taken. But all in all, I really enjoyed it there and the wait was not long.

They gave me free ice cream for singing

i just got a cookie dough from creams and it is rock hard and cold! i got it, jumped straight in a taxi and ate it right away but was still rock hard and vile!!!

I went into Creams with a friend to get a coffee and to treat ourselves to a hot doughnut. How difficult can it be ?. Very apparently. We ordered and shortly afterwards a cold doughnut arrived with coverings. We asked for a replacement. It returned after being microwaved. Doughnuts are now hard. We asked for our money back and were refused. We asked to speak to the manager Ramsha who was out. we were given her mobile number 07380883005. We complained and she said she would phone us back, but she didn't. she then turned the phone off. Quite happy to take money but doesn't want to supply the correct food that you ask for. Dont waste your money.

We waited almost an hour for our order, others who arrived later received theirs first. Securing a table took around 20 minutes, and it was dirty. Despite repeated requests, no one cleaned it, forcing us to clear the table ourselves. The overall experience was unpleasant, but the food was good. Their service, cleanliness, and time management were disappointing.

In all of this, despite complaining. They only gave a dismissing ‘sorry’ that I could barely hear.

So disappointed with my visit this afternoon 1st March. Took my granddaughter there as a treat for her visit to us. The crepes were cold and so hard it was difficult to cut. Only wished l had complained there and then. The toilet was disgusting as it was covered in brown stains in the bowl. Obviously never cleaned with disinfectant. Won’t want to go there again. For £30 for two crepes and three soft drinks this is completely unacceptable. They also mentioned savoury meals on the menu. We were told this was not available in the Camberley branch. Why was this not erased in the menu?

Yet again they can’t follow simple instructions, ordered 2 large one regular, and got 2 regular and one large, asked for no cream, all came with cream

It was horrible me and all my friends found a fly in our food and didn’t want to give a refund but the fact is that the waffle was barely cooked on the inside and it was £8.95 for just a waffle and a couple of sprinkles of chocolate and two scoops of ice cream that was tiny and one Oreo

the food was not cook properly and I felt sick after eating,I did feel sick because I ate to much I felt because it wasn’t cooked properly

Went to slough branch today. Sorry but we as a family were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, was very tasteless. Only nice item was the tortilla chips.

disgusting language towards costumers made us feel very uncomfortable food quality was bad crepe was soggy did not have any flavour workers were very rude and disrespectful using swear words in front of kids disgraceful behaviour do not recommend coming here !!!

You have disgraceful service, your employers swear at children. They were rude and inappropriate. It was 2 ladies at the Walsall branch, one called Sarah and the lady she works with. She was completely out of order and extremely unprofessional and I don’t recommend coming here.

I visited the cafe in Epsom on 20th December around 1pm with my elderly mother. The service by the young male staff member on duty was excellent, he was full of enthusiasm and attended to all of our requests with so much patience and kindness. Thanks once more. The crepes were also delicious!

Impressed by their efficiency during a busy period! I will recommend this place due to the service being outstanding, and the crepes were truly delightful
