Extrêmement déçu ! La livraison est longue. La douane taxe systématiquement et la boite de la montre que j'ai commandé n'est même pas l'originale mais une boite de substitution de très mauvaise qualité ! Cela laisse penser que la montre aussi n'est pas authentique ! Passez votre chemin, très mauvaise expérience d'achat !!!

J’ai reçu une montre defaillante, apres echange avec le sav on me propose un remplacement, j’accepte et ceci uniquement si je ne repaye pas les frais de douane, ils acceptent et on me dit que si y’a un souci avec ca je les contacte directement, une fois le colis arrivè dhl me contacte pour payer les frais de douane, je contacte le vendeur et silence radio maintenant. Paquet refusé il y a plusieurs jours car il faut payer une taxe de 14€ pour récupérer le colis.(Montre à 29€...)
J'attends un remboursement.
Je changerai le commentaire lorsque je l'aurai recu.
Commande d'une montre casio vintage commandée le 7 novembre 2025. Envoi indiqué en 24h avec numero suivi de livraison.
1 : il faut environ 5 jours pour que le numéro de commande soit reconnu.
2 : indications de l'envoi très aléatoire. On sait juste que c'est en transit.
3: nous sommes le 22 novembre et toujours pas de montre en vue.
En gros, ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site pour les fêtes de fin d'année au risque de recevoir la montre (si elle arrive) en janvier....
