Spoke to Jessica today about a problem with British Gas after my mum's passing. I must say, she was absolutely fantastic, a real honest and caring person, did everything possible to help and reassure me.
In this day and age, this type of customer service is often so sadly lacking, but not with Jessica, she's a credit to her company !!

Terrible company, their website claim's of ethics is absurd, they also state they respond in 5 and then separately in 7 days, despite threats of prosecution. Hounding me for money I do not owe. Have provided them with proof of same payment over a dozen times - Chris Kelly in Collections Department ignores payment proofs sent to him and demands payment.

Received a letter regarding and unpaid bill that was paid over a year prior, no reminders!
Person answering the phone was already aggressive and defensive! I asked a question but she talking over me, when I commented on this she said it was me that was talking over her!! Completely rude with a very aggravated tone, What a horrible experience!

Apsolute scam been sent letters saying I ow British Gas money spoke to British Gas my account was in credit and they told me to ignore them

Had a message from these SCAMMERS!! - Sat on the phone on hold for over an hour, then once put through claimed i had a outstanding bill from BOC - British Oxygen Company, never even heard of them. Then requested a security check by stating my name!! (which they should of had already and that's no way to do a security check!)
Ask about taking my number of their systems (as they had no need to have it as that debt had nothing to do with me), they said no - i then requested under the data protection act that as they have no need for my data that it should be remove (together with pointing out that their website copyright mark is out of date), tried to talk over me - ended call with him saying he would remove my number (let's see if that happens or it's sold on!). No letter from this company just plucking numbers out of the air. SCAMMERS - and reading all the other messages on here not a nice company at all to deal with.

SCAM. We received a latest Star that my wife’s name been associated with a British Gas account and that we have balance pending to pay but my wife never had an account with them and we thought that was a mistake. Now we are getting letter from a firm called CST law horrible people.

Today,the 13th July I received a letter advising me that Daisy Communications have instructed them to pursue a 'Seriosly overdue debt by the 9th July which was 4 days ago. Threatening further action.. i know nothing of this, alleged debf and have no knowledge as to why they areclooking for 2p. I have been holding for 26 minutes and entetained with the message as to how an agebt will be with me shortly. Typical of this type of organisation.

Credit Style charged my card without authorisation using a keyed‑in payment.i have no relationship or debt with them and they were unable when I finally got through to tell me who or what the payment was for .
I never gave them my card details, my bank confirmed this was a manual entry — which means they had access to my full card number, expiry, and CVC without my consent they should have also asked the person using my card if they were the card holder if it was a phone payment and if it’s been keyed in online then it is a system breach as my card should never have been allowed to be processed as I have no relationship with this consent at all so they have clearly let a fraudster make payment with someone else’s card meaning severe breaches have been made .

This raises serious questions about how they handle customer data. I’ve suffered financial loss due to having to come out of work to investigate my bank breach because of this and will now report them to the ICO, Action Fraud, and the Financial Ombudsman I also expect a full explanation
Consumers deserve better protection than this. I have had to have all my cards stopped on my business bank account which has been a huge inconvenience due to credit style breaching data protection.

So they threatened me with legal action, I’m a single dad doing my best, I responded to them, now I’ve not heard a thing from them, the mental stress it’s doing to me is awful, I will now seek legal assistance to take action against them.

Bizarre company. Thankfully I recorded the call. Chasing me for something and when I called and quoted the reference number they started asking questions. I pointed out you called me with this reference number I don't need to provide nor do I even know what you're calling about. Apparently I was refusing to give the information. Things escalated to the person being extremely rude. I'll post it on Google later and send it to citizens advice. These guys are clearly crooks.

These people have been chasing me for money for medical treatment I never had done.
This was 2 years later after my aledged treatment. They have consistently been unable to provide any proof or evidence that I had any work done on the dates suggested.Keep leaving genuine negative reports until they feature on BBC Watchdog or BBC Scammers. I would have left a ZERO star rating if possible.

Complete scam company. We're actually in credit with British Gas and these clowns send a letter stating that we owe them money. Why on earth they haven't been closed down by trading standards is beyond me. 04/06/26

Received a letter for British Gas to pay off a final bill for an address I have never lived at...I also have NEVER had a British Gas account so would love to understand why I've been sent this letter.
They won't answer the phones or call back this is 100% a scam.

This is a SCAM operation. I checked it out with the quoted supplier who confirmed no money was owing and to be careful.

Refused to take any information to pass to their client regarding the fact that the debt was actually a fraud being committed using my address and were just outright rude and uninterested.

Hounding me for a British Gas bill I don’t owe in fact when I sold the property British Gas owed me I try to speak to them but they put the phone down I have informed British Gas of what they are doing and they provided me with a email stating I owe nothing but apparently that is not enough so I’m happy to wait for the debt collector to knock on my door then court proceedings will be made against them

This company is crooked. Even when a payment is made directly out to the original company they are persueing the debt on behalf of they continue to pursue the person. Trading standards needs to be involved. They say evidence needs to be uploaded to their website they don’t do it over the phone. Yet the link is only to make a payment.

Really awful. I tried to explain to staff that the money owed was because my family member has dementia and hence why there was a delay in payment. Snapped at me. They were so unhelpful even though I have power of attorney. No compassion whatsoever. British Gas should be ashamed of themselves for even working with a company like this.

SCAMMERS keeps senting letter acting on behalf of British gas on a property I rented but I was not even they account hold and the account they are chasing wasn't even in our name

They are Fraud people don't pay any money.
