great service, quick delivery
I recently ordered a pair of nike huarrache from crooked tounges in a colourway I hadn't seen anywhere else. They arrived really quickly with no problems. I will definitely use crooked tounges again and would have no hesitation recommending this site.

Overseas shipping was unbearably slow
The product was great and surprisingly the item came undamaged, but there was no tracking. I was in a hurry to order, and didnt realise at the time that there was an additional charge option for trackable shipping. It is my feeling that you should offer tracking even for the slower option, for free, and simply offer a faster speed at an additional charge. Look at end/sns for examples of international shipping done properly.

Smooth, but long
It's all good, but the free delivery it's a bit of a long period of time, but it's free so...no complaints really. And the items always arrived in my house, not like other companyes who use chronopost or seur.

Someone I trust over seas.
I've ordered two things from crooked tongues and both have been great experience. Shoes and box come in perfect condition and at a reasonable price to. Shipping takes awhile but that's alright.

These kicks look amazing and will deffo make you feel like an elite baller even if you can't play like one. They're snug bordering on tight but I've not worn them in properly so there should be some give after a bit of court time.

no sneakers, no money, and no email of you
Hi. On the 10th of August, i make an order #100030073 for a pair of sneakers New Balance Mrl996Gb size uk8. After i received the confirmation of the order on my email and i realized the size i choose was wrong. What i really wanted was size uk7. I send an email to you asking to make the change. I received several emails from Katie, Emolo, lola, and they said me that they were trying to resolve the problem. I send an email with the order confirmation and here we are on 4th september, and i got no sneakers, no money, and no email of you, explaining what's going on. Please, i want this problem solved. I would not recommend shopping at this store.
I purchased a pair of sneakers from them, and they sent me the wrong pair of sneakers. I then tried to email them about ten different times and only received one auto-reply email back. Then I found out that I would have to pay the shipping cost to return the sneakers back to England. This was the worst experience I have ever had in buying a product online. Do NOT buy from Crooked Tongues!
