Josh and Eldridge from Crystal Clear were very professional, great customer services, and great personally. They were able to explain the steps and process were I was able to understand. They answer all my question regarding the maintenance. I was able to tell the difference on my water before and after the installation of the filter. I recommend to my family and friends

Josh Boushee, came out today to do my landscaping from my install. He did an excellent job. The part he did looks better than my yard when I bought my house. He was very professional, and I almost had to beg him to take some cold water for a little break.

Josh, Eldridge and Josiah did a great job for me. They uninstalled my water purifier at my old house and reinstalled in the new house. The unit and salt tank are in the back of my garage which is great. They even trenched and Added piping to get the water to where it needed to go. My water test resulted in clean water. I am thrilled with the work that Josh, Eldridge and Josiah did!

We have a tiered rock sculptured yard and they left everything just the way it was. They answered every question we had and were very diligent that everything was perfect!!!

Josh and Josiah really did a great job taking care of me they are hard workers man! And they explained the whole thing to me and they even landscape when they are done!!! Man these guys are awesome really makes me feel comfortable with this big purchase.

Excellent job of professionalism and knowledge from beginning to end..!! Beginning with the water testing and the very detailed explanation by Kevin the CCC team was awesome. Installation was very clean and Dave and Mason walked me through what was going to take place prior to any work beginning. Once completed they again walked me step-by-step in operation of the unit and required service/maintenance. Great job CCC team, looking forward to seeing the results of CLEAN WATER..!!

The install team did a great job! Did a clean install. Took a little while longer with a new system. Salesman (Johnathan) was very personable and had a great presentation. He didn’t give a reasonable expectation on install time (said it would take 15 minutes and took 2+ hours). Also, the salesman didn’t explain that there’d be 3 big filters in the garage. Overall very pleased

Honestly couldn't have had a better experience with anyone else! We had two gentlemen by the name of Preston and Darrien come out and install our crystal clear water unit, and they did so with such pride and respect for their company and our home. We our a proud family of good clean water in respect to the sales man and the two gentalmen that came out, they could not have made us more happy with the sale and install!!

I was very pleased with Crystal Clear Concepts's work! Josh, Josiah, and Elderidge worked until 7:00 PM and came back at 7:00 AM, but they offered to stay late just to get the job the night of done. This team will go out of their way to make a customer happy.

I was impressed with this team's professionalism and hard work. They worked up until 9:30pm without complaint. In fact, they genuinely had great comments about their company and worked great as a team. A homeowner would be fortunate for Josh, Darien, Preston, Trevor, and Carlos to come and install a crystal clear system.

Just had Josh come out and fix a water leak on our installation, he did an amazing and very professional job, very happy with his service!
