Placed order with CSPRacing for engine part due to best price. Part available almost everywhere however CSPRacing said it was backordered two weeks, two months later still no part. Problem is they changed credit card hundreds of $$ up front with no ETA.

The first two pictures show the pedal assembly with master cylinders, but they aren’t included. That important detail is not made clear in the description either.

Their solution was for me to pay return shipping, wait up to three weeks, and accept whatever restocking fee they decided to charge. I’ll never buy from CSPRacing again.

Misleading pictures, lousy customer service, and an inept way to run a business. It feels like trickery designed to trap customers. Buyer beware.

I ordered a part from CSP Racing after utilizing their on-site vehicle integration tool, entering my exact vehicle information, and selecting the part number their system matched to my vehicle.
When the item arrived, it was completely incorrect for my vehicle. When I contacted customer service to resolve their system's error, I was told the mistake was entirely my fault. CSP Racing refused to take accountability for their own fitment data and informed me that I would be penalized with a 10% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping the item both ways.
To make matters worse, they stated they would not even review the return for 3 weeks, meaning my money and my project are held hostage before I can even attempt to get the correct part.
This company uses a fitment tool to secure your order, but completely abandons the customer when their data is wrong. Take your business to a vendor that stands behind their ordering system and values customer service. Never again.

Can I please give them less than 1 star????!!!! Horrible customer service. They screw up and want to charge me to fix it! I will NEVER deal with these thieves again!!!

Dog $h*! website with horrible customer service. Their fitment chart doesn’t work—it’s worse than their customer service. I wouldn’t give them your money, let alone mine. Avoid this trash like the plague!!!

My original purchase was for a racing headset. It arrived intact and brand new. Unfortunately, it did not include connectors and cables. When I contacted the store to complete the purchase, it turns out they don’t carry these items. So you’re left guessing and trying to piece meal what would make these work from another store. Seems foolish. So I returned them completely intact. Only one headset was removed from a plastic zip bag. They then had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee for something they should carry if they’re going to sell racing headsets.  I mentioned the unfairness of this and they didn’t budge. So here’s my review. I will never shop from them again, and I don’t recommend this site for any purchases.

The worst buying experience ever. Loser company, I have to sue them because of a bad 250 dollar product. Don't buy from them. They are 3rd party and take no responsibility at all. See yall in court

Ordered coilovers from CSP. They were about 150 cheaper than anywhere else. Was leery due to never hearing of them, but pulled the trigger. Shipped within 2 days and arrived within 5. Exactly what I ordered.

If you want to do business with a company that has no respect for the customer or what circumstances they put you in. Will not accept responsibility for they mistakes or correct them because they have no idea what they are selling then by all means just send them your money and expect some random part in return.
