Lied about item being in stock. Continued to lie about ship dates. Asked for a refund and never got one. I've emailed them 10 times over 2 months and have only ever been responded to twice. Ended up having to do a charge back to get me refund.

Lies to get your money and then ghosts you. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a rotisserie from them on the 11th of August. After I saw the FedEx tracking number, I noticed it only weighed 70 pounds when a rotisserie weighs hundreds of pounds. I immediately emailed them two times with no response prior to my package arriving. When the package was delivered, it was a CNC plasma table instead. Emailed them and called them multiple times. Not once did I get any replies to my emails. I called at least five times during their normal hours of operation and spoke to two different females almost two weeks apart. The other times the recording stated that the office was closed even when they were supposed to be open. Both of the females that I spoke with apologized about the mix up, sent me an email about the mix up and I never heard from them again. I did not get a response from anyone until I filed a BBB complaint on the 31st of August. Once I filed that complaint with print outs of the emails, what I ordered, pictures of what I received and a log of when I called and who I spoke with, I received an email about seven hours later with my prepaid shipping label. We will see how long it takes to refund my money once they receive the package. The email states 3-5 business days but who knows. At the end of the day, BBB is the way to go if you have any issues with them if you decide to do business with THMotorsports or Autoplicity but I recommend you shop elsewhere.

Ordered BD Exhaust manifolds from this place and they sent the wrong ones. Have a truck stuck in a shop and THMotorsport is impossible to get in touch with. Charging a 50% restocking fee when they send the wrong part is fraudulent. They are "legally" stealing money from people. All the 5 star ratings saying "they're a great company to deal with" are fake.

Their website glitched. I ended up with 3 of the same parts. Over 50% restocking fee to return the items in an unopened box. Also doing business as 'Autoplicity'. The part seems to work ok. I very likely won't order from them again due to the glitchy website and high restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price.

This company is absolutely terrible to deal with. I ordered a Thule component from them for a Thule rack. When Thule advised that their rack had been discontinued, I have attempted to return the item to THMotorsports. Well, like other reviews, their communication is almost non-existent. I am still awaiting a response from multiple emails I have sent them. I was able to communicate one day with "Joey" over chat who was terribly rude. He promised expedite to the RMA team and "1 to 2 days response" from them. It has been over 5 and still no response. Their chat is now unavailable to me for some reason, like they have blocked my IP from that chat session popping up. Will never order from them again.

Their website says they have an easy return policy. “People make mistakes, we get it”

I bought something for $220 and decided to return it unused and unopened. There is no phone number at their website so I emailed them multiple times over 2 weeks with no response, until they eventually sent me an RMA email. I sent it back right away. They charged me $100 for restocking. No mention of this with the RMA email. WHAT A RIPOFF. I would have kept it and sold it myself if I had known they would charge me a $100. This company is terrible - no communication, ripoff restocking fee.

June 1 Ordered transmission mount for Jeep XJ Showed in STOCK ready to ship. 4 Days later receive email saying it's not in stock and won't be until August or maybe LATER. June 18 order canceled per their records YET as of June 26 no refund or communication. I email their customer support and have no response. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Ordered a rear lower tie bar (Megan Racing). Received a Megan Racing coilovers sleeve.

Contacted customer support, no answer. Called, no answer. Emailed a total of 9 times. No answer.

On a random day, a out 2 weeks after I get an email from customer service. It was asking for pictures as proof. I replied with screen shots of the emails I sent with photos attached.

No response. Hot garbage company. Buyer beware.

Ordered a gallon of 2 cycle oil from them and never received it. Have emailed, chated, and tried calling with no answers. I really believe this is not a real business.

Dont order parts from here. I ordered parts that said they where available and immediately they were put on back order. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Horrible business, ordered tail lights twice and never received them, cancelled by TH MOTORSPORTS the first time and then cancelled the second time by TH MOTORSPORTS, the worst part is the shitty attitude, customer service agent asked why would I order it again if they cancelled your order the first time. Like I was done for of imbecile.

I think the definition of fraud is sending the wrong or not at all part and saying to bad for you.
If they had a minus rating these people would get it.

Ordered some lug nuts and my total was $86.73. Got them and decided to go a different route so tried returning and didn’t hear anything back for a long time so emailed them and finally got a return label and sent them back and didn’t get any money back so I emailed them again and they refunded me $11.52 and said the deduction was due to restocking and shipping. Will never buy from autoplicity or thmotorsports again

Purchased a Bosch car battery from this company back in February 13, 2023 and the battery is discharging to a point where I can no longer start my car. I reached out to their support teams via their official website and support team email and I have not heard back regarding warranty information.

I reached out directly to Bosch Auto Parts and they confirmed that THMotorsports is NOT an authorized seller of Bosch products that they will not be able to honor their products 4yr warranty.

Ordered an intake pipe that was in stock later to get an email saying delivery would be delayed by 8-9 days, I immediately sent a cancellation request. My order has been pending cancellation now for a WEEK. That's like 1980's time no excuse for that kind of delay.

Thurs Ordered tires, paid for 2 day shipping, notified me Sunday that order was cancelled. Said that they were priced wrong and should have been $400 more for the shipping. At least call taker was honest. They offer them for 20$ more on amazon. Free shipping.

I was very skeptical of buying these cheap tires from their website. $160 for a set of Toyo tires? Definitely a steal! I did everything to cover my end, payed with PayPal, used my credit card, and also payed for their shipping insurance which was like $10. Honestly thought I was going to get scammed as a lot of reviews say, but I got my order within the 2 days they promised! These tires are brand new, and I also like how they would send tracking updates to my email. I’m definitely going to buy from them again, and I encourage you to buy from them as well! I’m writing this review as everyone always writes about bad experiences but never the good ones. Thanks THMotorsports!
