Joma lamb bracelet.
I paid for 48 (AIMS) delivery but took longer but came a day later. I would know next time just to opt for cheapest delivery.
I did email them to find out where it was and they were able to track it and offered a refund (as it was for a birthday present). I ended up keeping it as the bracelet was lovely.

Not genuine nominations
The item did arrive ( two stars not one) but it was late.
When it came my mum said the packaging was ok. But the product is not genuine. There was a dent in it which she had to take it to be polished out and then it took 3 hours to get it on one of her bracelets as it is slightly to small. She wasn’t going to tell me but then she didn’t want me to order her another one from here.

I’ve investigated this for you and the system shows you ordered the charm on the 21st after the cut off time so it was despatched on the 22nd. According the system you opted for free UK delivery which is 3-7 working days which means you must have received the charm within the timeframe as it is only the 28th today and deadline would have been 29th.
We only sell genuine nomination charms and assure you we would not send counterfeit.
We can arrange to exchange the charm at no cost to you or return for refund.
