I have received my delivery today, unfortunately the box was open and one package was missing (a latte macchiato). The coffee is wonderful - I tried the skinny cappuccino as I found the original cappuccino too sweet. Happy to say the skinny is just to my taste. So happy to have found this website where the prices are so cheap and the coffee so lovely. My only gripe is that the box was not sealed well enough and came open in transit and I lost a box of latte macchiato. Difficult to star rate - 5 stars for the coffee and the price but only 1 star for the packaging. The postman has signed my invoice to confirm that there was only 6 packages in the box instead of the 7 invoiced.

Order was a week late. Ordered 5 boxes only 3 turned up. Emailed a complaint and 2 days later the other 2 boxes turned up

Cuppaco offer a fantastic choice of delicious coffees and other drinks. I was spoilt for choice so I ordered a variety of drinks to sample, and my order was delivered in good time. I am very happy with my purchases great drinks and good value for money. I will definitely be using Cuppaco again and can genuinely recommend them to others.

This site is a must try. I have only been ordering for a couple of weeks. The vast selection of coffees on offer is superb, something to please every taste. Great communication from the company regarding your order. Would highly recommend. I will be returning again and again and again.

I purchased the 'Finest Coffee' gift hamper in November for my father. The order arrived late because it was not in stock (contrary to the listing on the website), but as compensation I was offered an additional pack of chocolate coffee beans which I accepted. I was not unhappy about the delay but I was disappointed with the quality of the product after my father gave me the following review.

None of the six packets of coffee beans showed the weight of contents, and there was a wide difference between the packets’ contents.
None of the packets showed a “Best Before” or “Use By” date or a production date.
The “Sumatra” coffee beans had been over-roasted and were no more than pieces of charcoal producing a foul-tasting brew.
The “Ethiopian” coffee was very pale, looked like “Mocha” but with a weak flavour.
The “Guatemala” coffee was very pale and produced a coffee that smelled and tasted like cardboard.
The “Brazilian” coffee beans were pale, dusty and cracked and I just put them straight in the bin.
The “Kenyan” coffee was not very pleasant.
The “Hawaiian” coffee was pale and very weak, not enough flavour to be regarded as a “Mocha”.
I believe all the coffee beans were old and had not been properly stored, none of them could be compared with even the cheapest supermarket coffees.

As you can imagine, I was quite surprised as I expected much more from a product that was priced close to 50 GBP. I was certain that I would receive something of high quality because we were really pleased with an earlier purchase that I made a few months before. Now, however, I am not sure I will buy from your company until I have some sort of apology and compensation.
