Was looking for unique coffee in small reasonably priced amounts as a quirky christmas present and found you guys, brilliant! It did take a few google searches and I had never heard of you so work on your advertising a bit would be my suggestion. Especially your search optimization.

I only ordered 1 box because I was testing out an old machine that WAS broken and I didn't want to be stranded with lots of capsules. Works fine - couldn't have been easier to use - no mess - no wastage. Great. If its still working after this supply is finished, I will be ordering a lot more - maybe able to fill the BIG box, they came in, a little better

The products on offer on this website are good and at competitive prices but the actual website lets the products down. Above the product descriptions there are 5 tabs but they don't all fit in so one tab drops down a line ad blocks off part of the product description. Also the product descriptions aren't accurate, one some pages I could see that the image didn't arch up to the product and the amount of varieties don't match up to what's in the picture. I actually brought a supposed 8 pack mix of tea, and when it came there were 10 varieties, which I don't mind but it does make the layout of my tea display different (I've had to drop two teas) and also I don't know what to expect if I order again. Also the way of searching teas want great, why can't I search by whether it's in an envelope or not? The website needs a bit of an overhaul in my opinion.

Hi i have just recieved my order for my syrups and want to comment on the speed and efficiency in which it was processed but unfortunatley one of the bottles is damaged ie: the neck of bottle is bent whilst this would not normally be a problem if the item was for myself but as i intend to give it as a gift it would need to be perfect hope you can rectify the problem for me it was the toffee apple syrup which is damaged
