Was looking for a specific item and staff went above and beyond to locate for me. A lot of choice of stock and great prices. Indicates required spend at the till, which is not a problem. I've purchased several times, over the last couple of years and find it easy, pleasant and look forward to going back.

Fantastic company, great prices, efficient staff, excellent service!

UPD: They managed to deliver the order the very last minute. This however caused a lot of stress for me as I was relying on it for an event.
The stock (I ordered Christmas gift bags) is of good quality.
I am increasing from 1 to 3 stars.

Absolutely useless support. They claim to deliver within 2-4 business days, however they haven't even dispatched the order after a whole week!
All you get from support is "I'll talk to my team" message every day and no progress.
I was really relying on their delivery but they let me down for an important event.
Can't comment on the stock as obviously I haven't got it. But if you need anything from them order a year in advance!
Their messaging on the website that if you need your order sooner just contact them - this just gives you false sense that they'll prioritise. In reality - nothing, haven't even created a tracking number for the delivery after a week of waiting. Absolutely negligent support!

This company have gone above & beyond to help me with an urgent delivery after another company caused me a bit of a problem with my small business. They were responsive to messages despite it been a weekend and the order got to me the day I needed it with a fast and reliable courier. Thank you so so much. Highly recommend!! 👏

Ordered items for our school’s PTA and have experienced excellent customer service! Fantastic range of products with excellent prices, plus they offer a PTA discount! Recently ordered Christmas plushies and delivery was less than 24 hours! We’re very happy with the product quality. Thank you!

Wow, my first time ordering from here and I can safely say I won’t be going to any other wholesaler! First of all- all orders over £200 are free shipping and no handling costs…which is unheard of with wholesalers!! Secondly- ordered on the Monday, recieved the order by Friday! Super quick delivery, also able to track how far away your driver is aswell as how many stops away they are!
I rang a couple days after ordering just to make sure that everything I ordered was in stock - previous bad experiences with this elsewhere- and I was amazed that only a few things weren’t available, but instead of leaving it and getting a refund - was able to swap for other bits!
My last part is for Cameron- he is a credit to this company, not only was he extremely helpful and polite, he went above and beyond to make my experience a 10/10, he made me feel like a valued customer, I really hope somebody brings this up with him because it really is a hard sector to work for and this guy is potentially THE nicest advisor I have ever spoken to over the phone! I will be coming into store for my orders from now on as he also informed me that the store was about an hour away which is really handy as I wasn’t aware it was that close!
Great company- ignore the bad reviews, just an insight into how many reviews there are compared to how many people order from here- I was stop number 65 on Friday, it’s clear that people mainly only write reviews when something goes wrong! None of the boxes were damaged, everything came in pristine condition! Cannot ask for more than that! Driver was also extremely helpful, I literally cannot fault my experience and cannot wait until the next!!

I read some bad reviews, such as stock was ordered but never dispatched as it was not available. So I decided to send an email to ask about specific product I wanted, if it's in stock. The reply came within 5 working days and they confirmed how many items are in stock. I placed an order, and then received email with tracking number. All came exactly as I ordered it. Absolutely fab company. Sometimes you must not believe the negative reviews. Thank you

If I could give no stars I would, stock turned up later than expected, display boxes and some stock damaged, substitutions made on items that were out of stock. Reported damage to be confronted with claim form to fill in to start a formal investigation. Stock quality poor, toys. I will stick with NDA toys from now on.

Avoid!!!!!! This is the second time I’ve ordered from them, the first time they only sent out half the stuff n still got that wrong, I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, so I ordered again and it’s been a nightmare, after ordering i rang them to check that they definitely had the stuff in stock, they assured me they did, then after a week when I rang them they said they didn’t, then they sent half the stuff out and most of it was wrong, I don’t no where the rest is, I’ve never left a review before, but I felt like a had to, if you want a massive head ache and loads of stress, then go with these, the worst business I’ve ever done business with, it’s crazy they still have a business

I ordered from this page and was ok to pay the overpriced delivery rate just to get the 12 pack of Barbie tattoos I needed for my daughter's party bags. They were at good price but if you add the £10 delivery, it cost pretty much the same as other places, either way it was convenient getting the 12 plus some balloons.
Delivery was fast and also got all the balloons I added to the order, but I didn't get the 12 pack of Barbie tattoos, I just got 9, one ripped and two hello kitties ones.
I sent an email and they just said they will refund the 2 incorrect items, they didn't even mentioned the ripped one. what a joke! So basically I need to go ahead and find the missing items somewhere else, the exact thing I was trying to avoid ordering the 12 from this page on the first place!
What a waste of energy and time!

We visit in person as fairly local to us.Great range and well stocked shelves. We started off buying small amounts but this now increases on every visit. Whatever you spend you are made to feel welcome and your Business appreciated.

Other reviews put me off and I nearly didn't order. So glad that I did! The website said 2-4 working days for delivery but I ordered on the Friday and it arrived 2 days later on the Sunday! So pleased with the quality and everything was there. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Please do not confuse this Cut Price Wholesaler of England with the Cutprice.co.za of South Africa. They are 2 completely different entities. These reviews are for the Cut Price Wholesalers in England and not for cutprice.co.za of South Africa.

Avoid!!!! Appalling service. Waited over a week before they actually sent the boxes and when I received them just over a week later they had sent me the wrong boxes which are of no use to me. Cant be arsed trying to contact them as sent them a message asking where my order was and no reply, so dont think for one minute they are going to contact me to sort their error out. I am now out of pocket and have had to fork out for more boxes from somewhere else (who I know will send the items on time and send the correct ones). Really hacked off customer!!!

Terrible service!
Ordered some petroleum jelly, and was sent something else instead.
When I reported it to them, they were very busy trying to get back what they had sent asking me to drop off at the post office. When I told them that they would have to arrange to be fetched they reluctantly agreed. In the meantime no word of when I would recieve my order.
When they called to schedule pick up, then I asked for my order and was told that they will only send out when they have recieved the stuff they sent in error!
Meanwhile a week and a half later the stuff has not been fetched and my order they will not deliver nor refund.

Have to give 5 stars as the whole experience was excellent. Ordered on Thursday, delivered by a fantastic delivery company Saturday morning, packaged with care and really good prices. Will definitely be ordering again and do recommend this wholesaler.

Excellent wholesaler, always happy to help when I call. I visit store quite offen and they are always welcoming, there to help when you ask for it. Help load your vehicle at the end, great prices and great stock!! 5 star from me

Chased for delivery date. Was told products out of stock and on back order 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks later no items.
No offer of compensation, rude customer service, no apology.
