Cynch Avis 

I decided to try Cynch for the convenience. I chose and paid for same day delivery, hoping to be BBQ'ing again that evening. Nope, didn't deliver. No email, no updates, fact thing, order status said delivered. I reached out, couldn't get anyone on phone, sent support email and waited... finally, oh sorry... we will deliver it first thing Monday morning. Wait 3 more days, nothing. Check order status - now says Tuesday. NOPE. Cancelled order and used Blue Rhino - they texted me they noticed I just placed an order, is tank out now? Yep... they delivered SAME DAY, no extra costs. Use them instead!! Oh and I have to wait "up to 10 business days for a refund from Cynch"...

Placed order on July 1, its now July 11 and supposed to come today. Put tank out last evening and still waiting....this is definately a one and done....If you can wait 11 days for your gas, go for it..corner gas station is a lot quicker......

First time using their service and everything went smoothly. I called before placing my order to ask a question and was able to speak to a friendly human. Very convenient, they even took my old rusty tank as a trade in. Very happy so far for their fast, courteous service.

I ordered and paid extra for a propane tank replacement to be installed in my gas grille. The delivery people were never told to install it in my grille (I have a cracked vertebrae and cannot lift the tank) It is now three days later and I've been promised each day that someone would come back and install my propane tank. Each day promises, promises, promises, yet no one has shown up to install my tank. I highly recommend finding some other supplier for your propane tank replacements.

I like their service but feel it necessary to post a warning to your customers to review their accounts for false billing drawn by their app
I was billed 3 times for 1 delivery because the ap kept saying it did not work and to try again.
It sure worked for billing…
