I bought my car last week from Dace and my salesman Joe was super helpful, he kept me updated before I came to collect it on what was being done to the car. All staff in there were very friendly and very quick to help.

DACE German Motors at Stockport were professional from the first contact with them. I am 77 and unfortunately faced ageism from high street banks, despite having an excellent credit rating. DACE solved the problem and provided me with a Mercedes SLC 300. John and Stephen gave a hassle free service throughout. DACE provided a comprehensive warranty and have shown ongoing after sales interest. I rarely give references but on this occasion I would not hesitate to use DACE again.

Jason looked after an after sales issue that I had. Once contact with Jason had been established and we spoke..Jason provided excellent customer service, from confirming exact times of next contact, to what would happen next and when to expect resolution. Jason made sure someone else followed up when he was not there and Dave called with updates in Jason's absence. I felt that the personal service was seamless, once it was clear what steps next. Excellent experience from start to finish. Callum Davies was the chap who helped me and he made the whole experience so much easier. He managed to find me the perfect car and as he knew I needed a vehicle really quickly he managed to sort it all out so quickly for me . He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Upon meeting him at the dealership in Reddish he was very polite and professional. He even sorted out the car tax forms for me with DVLA. Callum went above and beyond and he is a real credit to DACE . I will definitely recommend to family and friends . Well done Callum and thankyou

Jason and Chantelle were brilliant,yet again sorting out claim for failed abs sensor on our. Daughters car without any quibble.Dace 3 month warranty with every car is true to its word and very reassuring, as this is second claim on the car for minor issues which dealer could not foresee. I bought a Mercedes E220d coupe from DACE manchester. I dealt with a salesman called Jack Hart, the purchase was great, I test drove the car with the windows down to listen for any weird noises etc. The Car drove lovely so I bought the car, upon driving it home, all you could hear was road noise, I contacted Jack who advised me to get it looked at locally and obtain a quote, which I did, it was £650 so not the end of the world considering how much i just spent on the vehicle, he said it was too much, so booked it into a garage local to him. I agreed to drive back down to Manchester and wait with the vehicle, I went, they looked at it gave the same reason the local company had given, then said it would need booking in. I was under the impression they would do the job there and then. So I drove home again. After calling Jack again he said he would order the part and get it booked in again, I was not happy driving back to Manchester and waiting again but eventually I agreed, since this following a lot of calls/emails he is ignoring me. The last he said was the part had to be ordered from Germany, which I found strange as the local company could get it the next day from Mercedes. I am very frustrated by this and onto CAB now seeing what my rights are to pursue this to court if necessary. Very bad experience. I have kept all the evidence that everything i have wrote above is factual, I don't understand why for the sake of saving a few hundred pounds, I have to drive at my expense back and forth to Manchester giving my time up, I asked to return the car which he refused, which may end up being the result after a legal battle.
