Still waiting for money owed
They advertise that they'll refund you £99 back after the point of sale. Subject to terms and conditions which is understandable. I sold my business in April and I am still emailing them on a daily basis for this refund. They accepted they should have paid it months ago but that they would sort it when they could get round to it. I still haven't received a penny. It was one of the reasons I chose this company to sell my business as I believed it to be a good incentive. They are not decent honest business people. They admitted to me via email they hadn't paid many other businesses. Take my advice and use a better company that doesn't rope you in with false advertising.

Thanks very much for taking the time to submit your review. We are very disappointed however with the feedback and apologise for the time it has taken to process.
We do take exception with some of your comments however despite sincerely understanding your frustration at the delay. Your representative has responded to all of your communications and has never suggested that your £99 cashback would be paid out when we “got around to it”. That is not how we would ever operate or communicate with our valued customers.
You first advised us on May 4th 2021 of the sale and submitted your supporting documentation on May 8th, around 8 weeks ago. You were advised at the time that there was a significant backlog of refunds we are working through which has come about mainly due to challenges which arose from the restrictions imposed, staff illness, and members of the team in insolation in the early part of the year. I can advise that I have personally escalated this today and will be in touch to advise on when your refund will come through.
We have been trading successfully for over 125 years and take our obligations very seriously as you will see from the majority of our extremely positive reviews. Again we are sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused.

Regarding fees we are sorry you feel they are a bit unreasonable. They compare favourably with our competitors and in fact when factoring in the savings made on fees if using an agent to sell your business we believe that our service represents excellent value for money.
