I recently had an upper blepharoplasty and brow lift at The Ezra Clinic with Dr Caroline Wilde, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.

From start to finish, the care and professionalism have been exceptional. Every member of staff has been warm, supportive and reassuring, making the entire journey feel smooth and well managed. Dr Wilde’s PA was incredibly helpful in arranging dates and timings that suited me, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Dr Wilde herself is absolutely lovely. She explained everything clearly and kindly at every stage, ensuring I felt fully informed and completely at ease. Her calm and compassionate manner made such a difference.

I am now Day 13 post-procedure and the results are incredible. Healing so well. What stands out is that the care hasn’t simply ended after surgery — the follow-up and ongoing support have been just as attentive and thorough. Thank you so much. I researched for a long time for the best clinic and surgeon and believe I got it right.

Caroline Wild is a wonderful choice. The clinic works as a team and manages the entire process from consultation to follow up appointments. I had an upper blepharoplasty and eyebrow lift procedure carried out by Adam Bull in July 2025. Adam listened carefully to what I was trying to achieve and was clear in explaining the outcome I should expect. He also advised on treatment I didn’t need, e.g. lower blepharoplasty. The procedure went well and the healing process was quicker than I expected, although I did follow the after care guidance carefully. Seven months on and I am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend Adam Bull and the Ezra clinic.

The experience from start to finish was outstanding. All staff was helpful and nothing was too much for them. . Daniel Ezra the consultant was off the scale.
I had a lower and upper blepharoplasty. I am early fifties and have had bad bags for the last ten years and finally took the plunge ! Daniel put me at ease as I was very nervous. Recovery was so easy, and questions i had after recovery was answered immediately. Everyone has said it has taken years off me ! Noone would know that I went under the knife as it looks so natural and no scarring at all. Since I have had it. Loads of my friends have checked into get it done with Daniel Ezra as they think the results are so sensational.

Let me start by saying, Tessa Fayers was very attentive to what I wanted to achieve.  She made a recommendation on what would achieve the best result.  Offered me some time to consider the procedure and agreed to follow up.  The Clinic scheduled the procedure around my annual leave which did mean Tessa moving from her usual dates.  Tessa organised separate calls with the anaesthetist to ensure I was comfortable with each stage.  Then made a number of final checks with me before proceeding.
 
Whilst all of this demonstrates a very professional service the two stand outs were just how well the team works together and their responsiveness.  The CFO moving swiftly to organise the finance, the administrative staff planning the appointments and even talking directly to my local pharmacist, then the nursing and the after-care team too.
 
Finally,  just to note that I was recommended to Tessa and I can see why.  She is in general just a very pleasant person to meet but the acid test of course was that I absolutely loved the results but what a wonderful plus, to be carried along so skilfully through that journey.

I'm a 21 year old female, my concern was puffy hereditary bags. I did a lower Bleph with Tessa, and she truly did an amazing job my under eyes are smoother, And I look well rested. After day 5 I looked normal, so the down time was very quick. Minimal to no pain. The whole process was incredibly easy and worth the money

I did quite a bit of research to find the best person to do my upper blepharoplasty as I was quite nervous about it. The Ezra Clinic kept coming up, so I made the appointment. I had nothing to worry about. I should have done it ages ago. I am 62 with saggy eyelids and found even putting make up on impossible. It is really 10 days at home, and then after 2 weeks I was out and about. The staff are wonderful and the after care was great. I can even see better!

My procedure at the Ezra Clinic was gold standard from start to finish. I met with Dr Caroline Wilde for an initial consultation and felt relaxed and focussed in our discussion. She is calm, thoughtful, made really helpful observations and allowed me to discover what I wanted and what I needed clarity on before my decision. Her team were kind, supportive, efficient and ‘invisibly’ professional. The surgery atmosphere was unrushed, focussed, concentrated. I had so much confidence throughout as a result, and Nurse Jo post surgery care was supportive and attentive. Dr Wilde kept in touch over two months post surgery to monitor results and I felt valued as her patient. I had never intended to have cosmetic surgery, i chose Ezra Clinic carefully. I am so delighted with my result, my family have remarked on the health and glow. It’s been life changing as I’m in my early 60’s and sagging skin made me look exhausted and run down. Not any more, hooded lids and eye bags have gone.

I’m a lady of a certain age……59 only started having Botox a year ago ! Late to the party!!! SO wanted my upper and lower eyes done but to be honest I was frightened , very 😅! So my daughter rang a very nice lady called Karen and made an appointment with The Prof , I wonder if my daughter hadn’t called would I still be plucking up the courage to make an appointment 🤣My first consultation couldn’t of gone any better and decided there and then to go ahead !The Prof filled me with confidence and I honestly couldn’t be more happy with the outcome .I’m very lucky to have 8 very best friends who I didn’t tell I was having surgery , one friend noticed I’d had something done but couldn’t tell what ! Another said how amazing I was looking what moisturiser was I using 🤣my husband says their eyesight is fading ! Also when I’m applying my make up in the morning and

Nurse Jo is lovely and brilliant, she is very thorough and perfectionistic which helps to have visible results.

Had an upper and lower bleph with Dr Fayers and am delighted with the results. Had an initial consultation where Dr Fayers's expertise and artistry was completely obvious and from then on felt like I was in completely safe hands. 10 years have been shaved off my face and I look fresher, happier and healthier.

I underwent a direct brow lift and upper bleph with Daniel Ezra and deliberately waited until now to post a review. I was initially surprised by other reviewers who were all delighted with their results after just two weeks - as I was still on the fence! I had quite bad bruising and swelling which then morphed into very dark circles around my eyes for quite some time.

But, nine weeks on, I can honestly say all that has gone and I am very happy indeed with the results. I was terribly nervous pre-procedure, particularly over the brow lift due to potential scarring - but you can’t even see a scar. The bleph scars are also so neat and completely hidden in the eyelid crease. Daniel and his team were all so kind and reassuring, both prior to the op, during and after. Never did I feel I was being pressured/sold anything. I now look much more awake and refreshed, exactly the outcome I was hoping for. It took me a while to take the plunge but am very glad I did it - thank you so much to the Ezra team

On meeting Caroline, she has a very warm,friendly manner , I felt completely at ease. The operation went very smoothly and the after-care was excellent. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, It has really made a big difference to my eyes, I could not have asked for a better result. I had my ptosis repair surgery with Tessa Fayers a couple of weeks ago & I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! I would strongly recommend The Ezra Clinic for blephoraplasty. I previously came across Daniel Ezra 11 years ago. His surgical skills are second to none so he was the obvious choice for me. My lower lid blephoraplasty and mid-face lift was performed by Dr Meydan, Fellow to Mr Ezra, under his guidance. This was my first surgery under sedation so I was very anxious. Dr Miran, consultant anaesthetist, was so reassuring and made me feel comfortable about the whole process.
I am only 2 weeks post-op and already the results are stunning and natural.
The clinic is welcoming and professional, as are the staff. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in safe hands. Nurse Jo is an angel. She is full of empathy and understanding.
