Daniel and Pete and their friendly and obliging team arrived yesterday to to do a job where 2 days were allowed and completed it to a very high standard, in just one day. There was no sense of rushing or stress either.

They were professional, organised, motivated, polite and I couldn't have been more impressed. There genuinely are some companies still out there that give their industry a good name and Danmarque garages LTD is one of them and I am sure they are very proud of this Team that represent them so very well. Thankyou!

19/10/24 I have just had my garage roof, window and guttering done by Gary and Sam, who were wonderful. Gary went out of his way make everything perfect and Sam alongside and they made a great team. The weather was awfully wet and they worked in a very professional and helpful manner always explaining what they were doing and making sure it was ok. Attention to detail was amazing and I would highly recommend them. The service I have received overall has been of a very high standard and I would recommend Danmarque to anyone thinking of having this sort of work done.

Had asbestos removed and new garage roof ,
Carl and Max arrived at just after 8am as arranged,explained about were asbestos would be removed to and details of new roof,
They never stopped until job was done,to say we are pleased is an understatement.

Pete and Ben phoned en route to give time of arrival and were spot on.
From the start of the works they put my mind at rest. They were courteous, hard working and very tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend.

I believe that the quality and honour of a company is how they respect their warranty. About 3 years ago Danmarque replaced the roof and doors to the garage. The job was satisfactory. A few months ago one of the garage doors dropped and it not possible to lock the doors. I contacted Danmarque and was told that this was not covered under the warranty as any movement in the surround is only covered for 7 days - Chris later confirmed that if there is any movement in the surround it will happen with 7 days - (so why did mine take nearly 3 years, Chris?). I have now been told by Chris that I need to pay £160.00 for a visit (this is not profit according to him !!) and has refused to help me nor speak to me until the payment is made . I have had to now engage a local repairer to fix the dropped doors. As Chris is not speaking to me maybe someone with some common courtesy can note these comments.

I've delayed writing this review until our old asbestos garage roof had been replaced - but not by Danmarque. I received a quote from them at the end of April 2024, and a subsequent quote based on non-standard colours for the roof, facias and gutterings, which I accepted. I then had a visit from one of their surveyors who seemed reluctant to answer a few questions I had about installation; at one stage he accused me of 'not listening'. I then received a final quote which contained an addition error of £1000 (in their favour). What followed was an object lesson in how NOT to deal with a potential customer. I had initially been dealing with Chris at Danmarque, who was polite, professional and helpful, but ended up trying to speak to Mark Evans, Operations Manager, who had sent the final quote. He completely ignored me and, despite assurance from Chris that I was being dealt with 'as a priority', he never returned my calls nor answered my emails. so I went elsewhere.

Thankfully, I obtained a quote (cheaper for exactly the same materials) from another nationwide company who removed the absestos roof and fitted the replacement to an excellent standard, being totally communicative and flexible re roof / fascia colours etc.

I cannot comment on the standard of workmanship by Danmarque fitters as it never progressed due to the ignorance and non-communication of their Operations Manager.

Daniel and Lucian arrived at our property to carry out a roof replacement on our garage and we're most helpful. They completed the work and cleaned up at the end of the job explaining a small alteration they had to do. So pleased with the job and the service. We'll done lads!

The fitters Daniel and Lucian arrived promptly, were courteous and very efficient. The job was finished sooner than I expected and completed to a high standard. I am very pleased with the work and the reasonable price. I would recommend them for garage roof replacement and new garage doors!

We're delighted with our new garage roof from Danmarque. The whole process from start to finish has been very well administered and brilliantly applied. The quote we got was the best of several and that was the price we paid on completion after we'd inspected the work and were happy with it. All of the staff we have dealt with have been polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Mitchul and Ian, the installers, were excellent, good communicators - explaining what they would do, answering any questions with clear responses so we were confident in them and the process. The site was left pristine and all relevant paperwork was produced on completion. The only other thing they left behind, apart from the paperwork, was two very happy customers.

We are super impressed with the company from day one. Communication was prompt and things happened as promised. The lads arrived at around 8am and worked continuously until the job was completed a few hours later, leaving no mess behind. We now have an asbestos-free garage, which previously caused us a lot of worry.

We accidentally used a different card to pay for the work, but Cullen, in particular, demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He kindly assured us that we would receive a refund, and although it is still in the process with the banks (it typically takes about five days), we got a refund confirmation email immediately after speaking with Cullen. We would 100% recommend Danmarque to anyone. Based on our experience so far, Danmarque certainly is the best company that we have ever hired . We need more company like this. The company have done a great job of installing and renovating my garage very fair price thorough nice workmen very quick, 5 stars! I have an after service issue the rear door hinge has failed not due to anything other than what you should expect a door to do open and close it’s outdoors and normal conditions weather wise. The hinge is hanging off and I have been told to buy a new door £600. Shouting at me over the phone no movement not even willing to come and look. They say it is not repairable. Is it my fault I say no. The company do not want to fix this they say no. I have spent over £5000 on this project and I have a broken door which was sourced by Dan marque. Be aware of this aftercare

My wife chose this company after searching the net; I checked them out on Trustpilot and read the reviews, The next step was agreeing on the price and date, we changed our date a couple of times due to the Bluetits nesting; this was no problem, and we had the surveyor visit us, we agreed on the final details. On the day agreed ( 12.06.2024 ) Gary and Paul arrived in Cheltenham a little early, but that was no problem; they did a first-class job, showed me around it afterwards, they were rewarded with bacon sandwiches and a cup of tea, all the mess was cleaned up, all the rubbish removed, I paid the bill via internet banking, and my wife left a few good words on the company feedback. We cannot find any fault with this company and will recommend them always. I didn't need to go around with a broom after they had gone. Well done, men, and well done, Danmarque. Thank you.

Just had garage roof refurb because of asbestos, which I arranged on behalf of my mother who is in her 80s. They arrived on time and only took just over 3 hours to complete. However after they had left they had not tidied up as we thought they left a lot of mess inside the garage and we later discovered some old beams the had replaced were dumped behind the garage, instead of taking away or leaving where we could see them to remove ourselves. When we came to lock the doors of which were original on the garage would not lock because they were misaligned which was not like that before, we had to get neighbours help to lock it as we were unable to do it ourselves. I then called the company to see if they would come sort it, was told it happens a lot and to get a joiner to do it, I find this unacceptable having just paid £2000 they were just not interested. My mother is very upset about the way she has been treated by this company, not received good customer service at all.

I have had the misfortune of employing this firm to replace my garage roof for a metal sheet one.Firstly they sent a surveyor to look at the garage. I asked about foam inserts for the eaves and was told they would be installed with the new roof.These inserts need to be installed when you put the roofing sheets on. The ridge should also have inserts underneath. They came and installed the roof on 08/04/24. When the job was completed the installation team said there was no need for the inserts as there only to stop leaves and birds coming into the garage space. No mention of preventing draughts and water ingress. The installer then said they could leave me with some inserts if I wanted.Given the roof was already on and I had already paid for them to install them.I declined their offer. My garage door which is of an insulated sectional type was in the open position. The installer had asked for the remote fob for the door so they could control the door throughout the install. It took me 2 and a half hours to clean up after them(see the image of my bin of the rubble I cleaned up after they had left. I cleaned my garage from the back to the front. It wasn't until I came to close my garage door that I noticed it was covered in rubble. This has resulted in the dents and scratches to my door. Having contacted DANMARQUE LTD. I have just received a call from them. They refute my claim and more or less called me a liar. Their surveyor took numerous photographs including the door which was in pristine condition.Their response is it could have been caused after their visit. Which it could but i'm not a liar. Their negligence will cost me hundreds of pounds to rectify. See Google reviews for photos.

Our 20 year old Compton Garage roof was cracking and had a couple of holes in so we bit the bullet and went with DanMarque.

£3k for a 20ft x 16ft complete garage roof replacement + facias and guttering so not cheap but we are so pleased with the result.

Guys were onsite before 8a.m but apparently couldn't start until then due to noise regs......but after 8 they cracked on and were done by lunchtime.

Old roof removed and disposed of, new roof in place. They even did some extra work on one of the guttering downpipes which feeds a waterbutt to ensure it all worked perfectly.

I'd recommend these guys to everyone.

They were very professional explaining everything they were doing, they made a alteration with the fascia above the side door. Carl explaining what was needed for a better fitting Which looks really good. When the work was completed they cleaned up and I was shown the completed job finished. I would recommend Danmarque Garages to anyone thinking of updating their garage.

They were fantastic, they came when they said they were coming(the men were brill, very pleasant, hard working, very quick and we were extremely pleased with the finished job).
