Very easy application process to finance some dental treatment for my cat. Without the finance option I would not have been able to go ahead straight away.

something so simple made so hard
I was distracted when an order was due to be delivered but then cancelled minute thinking it was the fault of DEKO however i have discovered that this was due to an error made buy the vendor and not the lender. DEKO resolved this fairly quickly

I have not required finance on anything…
I have not required finance on anything for a number of years. As this came up as an option for interest free over 6 months I decided to use it for a purchase I was in two minds about due to the price. The process was really easy.

Too many hoops to jump through takes 2 days. Had to present the same ID twice in the process. Answered at least 5 emails.

To be fair the application went through…
To be fair the application went through quickly and detailed ….once l paid for my present myself via my own details and not my wife’s .she was only part time working and this is not sufficient proof … although it was not actually a problem to £17 per month for her .
Just ruined the surprise .
Maybe a warning before you start that part time cannot be trusted to be accepted.

A great experience and super quick with a decision.
The service from start to finish and although I was out of the country they kept the suite till I came back.
The guys from Birmingham were super friendly and I totally adore the Verona suite I ordered.
