A smoothing function. Whilst they were working on behalf of the seller, as the purchaser, I found the team at move-plus excellent at managing the process and smoothing some of the frictions of house purchase. The staff were always polite and responsive in all my engagements and worked well as an intermediary to solve problems when they arose.
