Very easy application process to finance some dental treatment for my cat. Without the finance option I would not have been able to go ahead straight away.

Very easy to follow instructions & questions not to difficult to respond to.. the most difficult section to complete was the photographing of my Proof of ID.. took me several attempts to complete satisfactorily.

Good morning,
I am very sorry to hear about the poor service you have received. Unfortunately, Deko does not delivery or ship items to customers. Deko is the credit broker that provide the finance platform, however it is the retailer you ordered the items from that provides delivery of said items.
We authorised them to deliver your items upon verification of your credit application, so I would advise contacting them directly if they have not yet done so. I will however also notify them manually that your order is still outstanding.
