No response to post purchase e mail but otherwise excellent service
I ordered Avon Skin so soft X 4. They arrived promptly but were v cloudy with oil type sediment. I e mailed about this but got no reply so that was disappointing. However cloudiness did clear after day and all good. So apart from not responding to my e mail at all everything was v good with excellent times re delivery which was also free.

Great Customer Service
I ordered a couple of bottles of mosquito spray and 2 bottles of Skin So Soft for my holiday. Free delivery and arrived well packaged the very next day. There was a helpful note inside to say the Skin So Soft can freeze and how to defrost it. Charlotte from Delgirl Beauty gave me a further tip regarding defrosting the oil which worked brilliantly. Excellent customer service and will certainly buy from Charlotte again.
