Just called in to Denby camper vans for a couple of new gas strutts for the roof bed. Staff are super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful . My pop up roof was fitted by these guys in 2017 . Never had any issues with it and would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of converting a vw or buying one already done . Great company 👌

We can concur with all of the positive reviews. Also new to camping and Denby have always been very helpful. As with any vehicle and then with the addition of a conversion you could probably expect a couple of niggles but the important thing is how those issues are resolved, the after sales service and customer care. All the guys and girls at Denby have always been friendly, approachable, understanding, helpful and efficient, sorting issues in a timely manner and often free of charge. We bought our camper from Denby about 3 years ago. Great camper and thoroughly enjoy it. Been out in very bad weather over the last month and managed to tear the pop top while putting it down in a strong wind. Told Denby and they repaired it free of charge today. Excellent service. We were newbies to campers and have often asked Denby for advice or help. Always got an immediate and cheerful reply. Buyers need to consider this when thinking where to get a camper. I'd give 6 stars if I could...! I bought a second hand camper from them and could not fault the service or response. After having an awning fitted it needed a tweak and the team went above and beyond to rectify it.
So chuffed with the outcome and interaction with a very 'can do' team! Great van and great experience buying it. Thank you.

Excellent service off the team
I took my van in as I thought I had issues with the battery. They checked it all out for me over a few days . Although they found no issues they must of spent a few hours on it they would not charge me anything. Can not beat that for honest service . 5 stars every time.

After sales service is second to none. In fact very rare in today’s world.Took our campervan back to Denby’s when we noticed our pop top when down wasn’t sitting quite right and made a creaking sound whilst driving.Made to feel welcome and they were interested in our concerns. Left the van with them they rang us when it was ready 2 days later. All sorted we are really happy with it and no charge. BRILLIANT SERVICE a very grateful Dave and Jackie.

I cannot fault this company in anyway . I Have one of there conversions and they have helped me with things I wanted extra in the van . They have sorted out any issues I have ever had even after the van was past its warranty really helpful and always very welcoming .

Absolutely fabulous service from my initial enquiry on Instagram, to collecting our beautiful camper. The quality of the camper van is outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for Jade and everyone we dealt with. We had to juggle collection dates for various reasons, and my husband was having cancer treatment at the time too, but the handover was perfect and we were never made to feel an inconvenience. Thanks to everyone at Denby, I recommend you to everyone!

The whole process from the initial order to collection was exemplary. I made many changes along the way and nothing was too much trouble. Our finished camper is unique, very special and we couldn’t be more pleased.

When I picked Gertie up on Monday I noticed a small issue the next day. Without hesitation the technicians diagnosed the problem and drove down to us (quite some distance) to put things right.

Can’t really ask for more. I know we now have the best van ever built, however all Denby customers probably feel the same way.

Fantastic service throughout, From the super efficient service from Jade and colleagues in the office to Stacey who provided us with an excellent induction to the vehicle. We are very impressed with the build quality of the vehicle conversion itself. We travelled an hour to get there as Denby were recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed with the whole experience. First class product and service, thank you.

What an amazing team. We just drove our new Van home. So impressed with it. Stacey explained how to use everything and made it all look so easy. Jade dealt with all the paperwork. Took a week to do everything. We received a lovely bottle of wine and lots of extras. Lovely people.

Absolutely brilliant. A lovely team who worked with us to give us what we wanted. Kept us fully updated with photos and updates. Van was completed and ready quickly and the advice and demonstration on collection was really useful. We would definitely recommend Leanne , Stacey and the workshop crew and will use them again for an upgrade one day and peripherals or after care. A really pleasurable team to work with with beautiful vans , high spec and a professional company

Fantastic company to deal with both customer and technical support are excellent. Special mention to Tim and Lloyd - lovely people, nothing too much trouble and Jade and Leanne for their friendly, professional and speedy service. The van itself is fantastic, well-built, well planned and so much fun. When you are spending your hard-earned retirement fund you need to feel you have made the right decision and we are certain we have - with bells on!

Wanted to use local company to purchase a new van from and not disappointed. We were able to choose all the interior ourselves and had a number of specific extras we wanted. There were a couple of occasions were the conversion wasn’t what we expected but these were rectified without problem. Leanne, Jade and Emma were our contacts and whoever we dealt with answered our questions, special mention to Leanne though who saw the build through to finish. There were a couple of things they couldn’t do due to impact on warranty but this explained and we can get them done later. Fantastic handover by one of the technicians (sorry forget your name) who was very knowledgeable. I’m sure I’ll have lots of questions and confident they will respond. Happy to recommend 👍🏻

Large range of VW Transporter campervans to look at so was great to see the differences between models in person. Jade who served me was excellent in demonstrating and explaining all the different options on offer. It really couldn't have been a better sales experience!
