Hired a van for a week as test to see if buying one is right for us. The experience was amazing. Denby we’re very helpful and have us a full demo before we took the van out. Van was clean and fully equipped. Great T6.1, startline business pack model. Lovely company, great vans. Just had to buy one after that!!

I honestly can not speak highly enough of Denby. We travelled up from the Black Country to view a specific van, already converted we had seen on their site. Jade in admin was so helpful during the viewing and we fell in love with our van on sight. We had some extras added and she was ready to be picked up the following Saturday. We travelled up by train and we were warmly greeted with a cuppa. Paperwork completed and we moved on to a full demo from Steve. We did the same as Steve (putting the pop top up and down etc), so he knew we could do it correctly. He gave us a few hints and tips as first time camper owners too.
As we were leaving we were given a gift from the staff which was a lovely and unexpected touch.
As we are very new to this, I have contacted them a couple of times (phone and messenger) with a few little daft questions and Jade has answered every time really quickly, even one Sunday afternoon, when I know they were closed.
Highly recommend Denby, well worth going further afield for us.

Travelled from Chichester by train to take delivery of my new Denby VW poptop van in June 2022. Denby were the only conversion company who were prepared to deliver my customisations. I wanted a standard van with an electric loo and I wanted a re-fillable gas tank, not replaceable cylinders. Jade in admin was friendly and obliged on all fronts so my van has everything I wanted. Some clever touches are appreciated, like the mirrors and bumpers on the standard van are colour-coded to match. Staff seem genuinely keen to help and ensure satisfaction. There were some details of finish that could be improved, but at the price this was good value for money in my view.

I came up from London to view the second hand selection of vans. I was given a warm welcome and spent time in very good, informed company. I chose a lovely van, Denby also offered to change a few panels inside free of charge. I added a few extra’s and date was set for me to go up and pick it up once it was ready for collection. I did have some questions in the meantime and they were answered promptly without delay. I traveled back on the train to pick it up, it was ready on time with all the extra’s fitted. I was given a thorough explanation how the van works and drove it off very excited to finally realise my dream thanks to Denby. I was also given a lovely gift prior to my departure, a lovely touch! I can’t recommend them enough! Very responsive, experienced and warm kind service. Thank you to everybody who was involved in helping me get this lovely vehicle.
