We are responding to correct several inaccuracies in this review
You contacted us regarding a treatment package that had expired almost two years earlier. Despite this being outside our policy, we offered to reinstate it as a goodwill gesture and provided instalment options, which you chose not to proceed with. At no point were you pressured to purchase treatments
You then went on to book and receive a full treatment and left the clinic without paying. This is where the situation became completely unacceptable. This is not a misunderstanding or policy issue, it caused a direct financial loss. As a result, this matter has been escalated and is being handled appropriately
Despite the above, you have chosen to leave an inaccurate and negative review. Our Trustpilot and Google reviews are from genuine patients, and while we welcome honest feedback, we do not accept misrepresentation of events
We operate ethically and transparently and will always protect our team, patients, and business.

Fantastic business!
This was my first time getting botox and I was naturally quite apprehensive. Mina was so helpful and clear and she answered all of my questions. Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
I went to Dermamina for a non-surgical rhinoplasty and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team made me feel so welcome. They were genuinely warm and friendly, and even more supportive after my procedure, celebrating the results with me like old friends.
I'd never done anything like this before, so I didn't really know what to expect, but Mina is an absolute diamond. During the consultation, it was clear she’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about her work. She gave me realistic expectations and the best advice: don’t fall in love with the day-one look ... the real magic shows after two weeks. She even offered a touch-up within six weeks if needed and told me I could reach out anytime. That kind of reassurance meant a lot.
The procedure itself felt like a series of tiny pinches, not horrendously painful at all. I even got a soft stress ball to hold, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The healing process was seamless: no scabbing, no visible needle marks, and nothing that made me feel self-conscious. Just smooth, easy recovery.
I left with warm goodbyes, and now, two weeks later, I’m still thrilled with the results. I feel more confident than I have in ages, and the compliments keep rolling in.
