Designer Glasses Boutique Avis 675

Came across this company last year, while looking for some Oliver Peoples frames. Checked if they were an authorised reseller (which they were), so ordered a pair + lenses.

Was so happy with the result I ordered a second (different) set.

Recently, having had to send one of the frames back to OP under warranty (no fault of DGB), and needing to remove the lenses first, I asked if they could refit them, which they did, and a case of there and back / done and dusted in a day.

Impressed, and a special thank-you to Emma and Ally for the great customer service.

Don't often give five stars, but think they deserve them.

Great company to buy from. The website is clear, the prices are very competitive and their service is fast. I ordered some Gucci frames because they looked nice on someone I saw on tv. They arrived in a nice box, shiny and brand new and look and feel great. I just need to add lenses now.

Designer Glasses Boutique are incredibly professional, resolving an issue caused through no fault of their own with speed, clarity and understanding. In addition, the frames were around £50-60 cheaper than I could find them elsewhere online.

Getting such good service at such a good price should be impossible, but Designer Glasses Boutique achieve it :) I will never hesitate to use them in the future.

The service provided was immaculate. Very quick response times by the staff, I was attended by Lucy and it was a favourable experience.

I had to have the glass reduced a little, the responses were prompt and it was resolved in a couple of hours.

Hi there, I bought a pair of Burberry BE2294 on the 10-10-2025 up to date I haven’t received the glasses regardless of the multiple emails I have sent them. I still haven’t heard from them to date.
