Absolutely devastating! After receiving a great deal with Wowcher and purchasing a mattress from this company. I have had no contact with anyone from this company concerning my mattress that never turned up. I’ve still expected to pay for something I haven’t received.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

After seeing all of the terrible reviews after purchasing 3 mattresses via wowcher, I was quite skeptical. I felt this review was needed as my experience was much different.

The mattresses arrived really quickly and once opened up there were no signs of springs sticking out as many people had experienced.

They are not the most amazing mattresses in the world, but for what I paid for them I personally think they are a bargain.

They may not be best suited for adults but are perfect for my 3 daughters who have all said they are really happy with them.

Avoid company!! The mattress came rolled up in a box, the springs are sticking out and it's the worst quality!! I wouldn't even let the dog sleep on it. I don't know how to return as purchased on wowcher.
Can't fault the quick delivery but I don't want the mattress.....

I ordered a memory foam mattress through wowcher some months ago and have still not received it. They claim it has been delivered but the photograph is not of my front door. Very poor customer service.

Ordered a 4ft 6 hybrid foam sprung mattress from wowcher as I'd not had a problem a few years ago.
I was told I'd recieve it on the 17th May, it came 2 days after ordering! I should be pleased, but I was worried. So I checked reviews and my disappointment grew! Delivery driver climbed over my plants snapping them and knocking them over to drop the box with mattress in, outside bedroom window when I asked them to deliver it to my neighbour.
So, yes the mattress is rolled up into a bag and put in a box! I slid the bagged up mattress out to see springs sticking out the mattress material! So I slid it back in the box and have requested a refund. I will also have to pay for it to be returned!
Absolute con. Hidden Delivery costs after purchasing mattress, poor quality. Let's see what customer service is like.

What a waste of time used WOUCHER to purchase a 4FT6 mattress hybrid SPRUNG wrong MOVE!! load of rubbish.Springs stickingin back so uncomfortable i could cry I just came out of hospital and needed a new mattress as I fractured my back wish I Hadn't . I got a new one from Amazon for 200 pound. Much better looking forward to sleeping properly tonight.Wish I read the reviews first. Don't waste your time or money and trying to to get your money back nightmare!! . You have to re wrap the mattress with what I don't know. And pay yourself to send it back what a nightmare. Do not bother with this mattress.

I just bought a mattress via Wowcher - a grey sprung seven core layer memory foam mattress from Desire Beds - and am delighted by the quality. I was really unsure about the purchase after reading reviews, but had already clicked the button so just waited in hope. The product arrived on time and was very well packaged. It is smart and extremely comfortable and excellent value for money.

The worst company ever ,never answer to the phone or email I ordered 2 mattresses I only received 1 we pay for the service and goods for them to sat in their bum ,NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I think this bunch are selling this under another name now Mattress Haven and Dreamtouch. If you look up websites they do not feature this mattress and also one looks very dodgy indeed. Be warned !

They absolutely cooperate with Wowcher they taking money for order and never sending you order they big scam !!!!

Don't buy from this company! They use Evri to deliver their goods. It's day 6 now and my mattresses are still showing as out for delivery even though I paid £40 next day delivery charge. Phoned desire beds and they said we need to contact Evri, Evri saying we need to contact desire beds!

I ordered a mattress through Wowcher from desire beds supposed to be quality it’s rubbish I’m disabled and when I got into bed it collapsed and I’m 10 stone not big I’ve had it two weeks I’m furious

Got the bed mattress from desire beds on wowcher. Not very comfy, you can feel all springs digging in ur body. I wouldn't recommend it.

I bought one of there mattresses via wowcher and have to say I’m totally disgusted. The mattress never arrived wowcher are trying to credit me the cost of the mattress to my account minus delivery cost. I want what I paid for delivery because I never received item £19.99 I shall be speaking to trading standards if my money is not returned to me

What a terrible experience. Ordered through Wowcher and didn't get the item! Still waiting to get my money back! Buyer beware!

Tranquility pocket sprung memory foam mattress it Total Rubbish.
Ok at first, then started to sag, eventually the dip got so deep that it sunk right to the bed base. You fancy feeling like you are sleeping on wood???? Then buy from Desire Beds. But if you want a comfortable mattress that lasts............. GO ELSEWHERE.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are for honestly, Ordered on the 19th and the mattress came on the 21st. Mattress as described exactly on wowcher and for the money it was a bargain to be honest. Spent the last 2 days worrying due to the negative reviews but honestly excellent service and value for money. To anyone else who has ordered and then read these reviews there isnt anything to be worried about you arent going to get a double mattress for cheaper anywhere and im even impressed with the quality.

I'm yet to receive my mattress bought on 1st July out for delivery 2nd since then nothing Hermes told me to get in touch couldn't and Wowcher asked the supplier who promised it'd be delivered in 3 days twice they did that and I've still not got my mattress just been told today 20th July it's been lost in transit how can a king-size mattress get lost ? It's beyond me I've ask for a refund a few times and now I've agreed to a replacement as long as it comes Asp hope I don't live to regret it as if I doesn't I will definitely be having one it's beyond a joke it's now 21st guess what no mattress

Got a deal off Wowcher for a single memory fibre open mattress. I must say I love my bed and I really needed one after my previous one had a massive dip in the middle and wasn’t comfortable to sleep in. This bed feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud and I’ve put a mattress topper to make it extra comfy!

I don’t know why people had bad experience with this company, I found their service really great!

I must say after reading all the reviews, I was dreading my decision that I had already purchased the wowcher. However when i rang to confirm that my mattress was coming on the day stated, the gentleman I spoke to asked if he could call me back, within 5 minutes I received a call to say the order had just been done that day and that it would be another 2 days before arrival due to Covid and backlog of deliveries. That was fine with me as everyone had been in the same boat. To my surprise the mattress arrived the very next day, I was thrilled. No bad experiences at all with desire and would definitely use again, the mattress is excellent quality and extremely comfortable, great nights sleep
