We’ve had the pool now for a few months and all the family having been enjoying every minute we can from it! Thank you to all the team and the efforts made to accommodate my requests. I’ve already recommended you to friends and family who’ve been round to swim.

Having a problem with our zodiac pool management system having finally managed to get to France but having little French (certainly technical French) I telephoned Desjoyaux and was fortunate to speak to Julian. He was most pleasant, professional and patient and once I had explained the symptoms, he was quick to recommend a course of action which in due course was successful. Although there was no commercial benefit, I was most grateful. Consequently, I would unhesitatingly use Desjoyaux when in UK and would recommend their service to any.

Great service and extremely helpful staff.

Our pool was relined by Desjoyaux Pools. Creases still remain. That may be normal but there is little follow-up service and a lot of chasing to get responses.

Gary Love and his team were exceptional from start to finish. Very happy with how smoothly Gary projected managed the whole install and the end result is just amazing.

I would highly recommend Gary and his team and love the Desjoyaux system, very modern, slick and clean without the need for a plant room.

Great product and really happy with it. I feel safe knowing we have the child safety cover as an extra level of cover. The team at Desjoyeaux were great to deal with and was impressed with the quality of the installation.

Great team worked on our pool and they were very hard working and polite. The pool is amazing and we have made full use of it every day since it’s installation. Very helpful phone contact with Martin in the office for any queries or assistance. The advice we were given on where to put the pool was great and has totally transformed the outdoor area of our garden for the better. Best thing we ever did !

After a disastrous experience with a previous pool company the Desjoyaux team came to our rescue to put matters right in a very professional and prompt manor. It allowed us to make use of our pool through the very difficult times we have all faced over the past months, which made everything that more bearable.
Nothing was too much trouble and we now have a pool that we love .

Never ever ever spend money with these people. Total sharks it take a vantage of vulnerable people like myself. A high-level quadriplegic he’s not been able to use his therapy pool for three years due to poor install, system and service

An enquiry to the Guildford office from their desk diagnosed that a small hole on the bottom step edge which I had photographed was "caused by physical damage: in this case it appears to be an impact from above by something with a sharp edge" this issue should have been reviewed physically and attended to under the warranty as there is obviously a very sharp edge to the concrete protruding.

This is a construction issue and should be addressed and repaired under the warranty offered.

My husband and I are both retired, the pool since it was installed in late 2018 is lightly used for fitness. We have experience failure in the heating system, the physical pool pump has had to be replaced, and now the actually liner has suffered a failure. While we anticipate issues, we do expect the company that represents Desjoyaux in the UK to honour their guarantee.

Poor advice, poor execution, poor service. Parts come from France which means anything that needs to be fixed or serviced had to be sent there and sent back, so major delays in getting anything done. We had a major refurb done and have had nothing but trouble every year including having to buy 3 new pumps in 4 years. Stay away.
