My next day express delivery stuck…
My next day express delivery stuck somewhere in Parcelforce and I am unsure if I want to be further entertained with the parcel. As per telephone call staff seemed to be friendly but the courier should have been updated to DPD.

A few years ago I purchased some of these Tea towels at a garden center, they are great old fashion large and absorbent went back to buy some more and found they were no longer stocked, so purchased direct from Dexam arrived when said and very please with them, they are the best tea towel to use.

Poor kitchen timers
We purchased a digital kitchen timer. The way it functions is not good. When the timer reaches zero and you press to stop it, it resets to the time set. If, say, you had the timer set for 20mins, but wanted to set 19mins, you would have to increase the time a min at a time until it gets to 99 and then carry on round through 00 to 19.
Battery life is shorter than expected for what the device stands. Looks good and the magnetic mounting is good, so, two stars.

Coffee bamboo cup
Last year my Husband bought a Dexam bamboo coffee cup in TX Max, unfortunately he drop it on a floor a few times and last time it broke. He was very angry on him self. So I tried to find him another one, on Amazon unsuccessfully. He said I would like the same cup but at the moment Tk Max is closed so no cup. I took the broken one checked the bottom might have a company name and BINGO 😁 Soo went to google and found it on Dexam online shop. Bought the cup, it was dispatched and arrived very quickly.
All recommendations for Dexam.

Exemplary Service
I needed to order a cast iron casserole dish which was required to be definitely delivered before today, Saturday 22nd of June. On the 18th of June I had placed an order with House of Fraser and paid for a one day delivery service. As of today no delivery has taken place and it’s impossible to contact their customer services, if indeed such exist.
Yesterday I contacted you (Dexam) and spoke with 2 different female members of staff and asked that if I placed an order for a casserole dish could you guarantee that it would be delivered next day. Both ladies assured me that delivery would not be a problem. The order I subsequently placed was to come with express delivery.
Today, Saturday 22 June 2019, my doorbell rang at 0910 and there was a courier with my casserole dish less than 24 hours after I had placed my order.
I would like to thank you (Dexam) for your exemplary service and as such I will be placing this letter in its entirety on Trust Pilot.
